I’m usually here at 5:30 PM randomly around the week because I work across a street a little bit down. The employees are appreciated by me with their politeness, I only hope they are respected well by management considering recent reviews. Always fresh food, always nice, haven’t had a mix up with my orders yet. I opt for curbside almost always, because then the employees have an easier time fulfilling any customizations and accuracy. I thank this McDonalds for leaning me out of both of the Painesville locations who have gone downhill over the years.
I gave two stars because of the inconsistency on my order especially regarding the large iced coffee. I order a large french vanilla iced coffee every day. Depending on the time of day or even day of the week vs weekend; it tastes burnt or sometimes has very little cream and/or sometimes no vanilla. Sometimes it tastes like I get the sugar free instead of regular. Very inconsistent.
They raised the prices, again. Also, they took the value bundles off the menu. A McDouble now costs $3.99! Not too long ago I remember them being $.99. Gotta make those corporate profits to give the CEO millions in raises every year and keep the shareholders happy with stock buybacks and raised dividends. Meanwhile minimum wage remains the same and everyone blames inflation. F U McDonald’s. You’re the real criminals. Shame!
The Big Mac was not good. The bun was hard like it had been sitting there all day. The cheese was dried out.
The owner of this location is verbally abusive to his employees. I went through the drive thru the other day and witnessed a young teen probably not a day over 15 being yelled at aggressively by him. It made me very uneasy and upset given that I have a niece around the same age. I will not be returning to this location
It's McDonald's. Let's be real. It's processed artifical mush. Bleached food soaked in ammonium. Why do we still eat this?Do yourself a favour. Wake up. STOP eating McDonald's when there's a Subway or an Arby's right down the road. Even Mr. Hero for crying oht loud. Get yourself some REAL(er) food. You will feel better. Mentally and physically.Ditch the McDonald's. It's time for better food in your life.
Drive thru only! Line moved right along. Food was hot and fresh.
My husband & I came to this location tonight and when we pulled up the the window the gentleman swiped my card even after I told him I had a coupon. He took my card again and said oh I can fix that and then swiped my card a second time. I asked for a receipt and he closed the window and did not come back. We waited over 5 minutes for him to return with a line of cars behind us. We pulled forward to the second window and asked for a receipt. They provided us the receipt from the first time he swiped my card. I explained this was not the accurate receipt. The manager (ilyssa) explained he never fixed it the first time and she could not advised why he swiped my card a second time which was highly unsettling and she refused to investigate. She was unable to correct the amount because at that point it said the coupon number was invalid and she advised there was absolutely nothing she could do. I expressed this was a mistake on there end not mine so she had requested us to return the food the coupon would have covered. She was highly rude and I find it highly shady my card ended up being swiped a total of 4 Times this entire visit.....
My Oreo Mc Flurry was a huge rip off didn't think much of it because they put a ton of napkins and my hot fudge Sundays with it let just say 2 bites and I was done with my little Mc Flurry will not be going back to McDonald's again
