They seem to have some issue over their dining room hours, not as posted on Google. It's a good idea to call ahead to make sure they 're open. We went there yesterday and they weren't letting people dine in, then changed their minds when we started to leave. People who came in after us were turned away. Dining room was closed at 7:00 or so. Food was delicious, actually the best I've ever had at this location. Reopening teething troubles.
At the time I went this establishment was dirty the staff were slow and I seen take out orders leave in anger for waiting to long on there lunch break. There was zero direction or flow to the restaurant there should have been a sign saying order at counter then you can sit I seen an old lady come in so confused. They barely have any sauces and I did not feel there was enough team support the food was good enough but with a better experience I feel it could have been better.
I had never been to a Long John Silver's and we spotted it so I was excited about it. I didn't know what to order so I took an ordered me a chicken bowl because I was informed by the hostess that it would fill me up if I was hungry and I was totally disappointed with it, the taste of it was good but it had one chicken finger only and I knew that I would not be satisfied, so I told the lady that it wasn't enough meat in it for it to be over $10.00. So they gave me more meat after I complained that I wasn't satisfied and it not being a good choice.
It's good but if they are busy check your bag. They always honor mistakes too
Honestly the pieces of fish was small. The interior looks tacky and out of date. The staff was moving pretty slow.
Why Reopen??? **Noah** Needs retrained!!! Took 10 mins to place a single order. Your staff took 40 mins when there was only 1 person ahead of me and all I ordered was a #10 and on top of the 3 people behind me got there food first????... Definitely need to find better if your paying them $16 hr. Crazy.
They have just reopened and are woefully short staffed. Be patient when you go. We waited 40 minutes for a carryout order, but the food was good. The staff was very nice and everyone was working hard.
Took forever. Messed up everyone's order. Only 3 people working. Didn't seem like they cared much. Hopefully it was an off day. Took half an hour to get food for 3 people.
My boyfriend picked up $40 of takeout last night and it’s still sitting on the counter Thor morning. When he got home and opened it up it was a big pile of grease and so nasty. I tried the fish and spit it out it was so disgusting and greasy. He only ate the fries. Save your money and go elsewhere.
My order was incorrect ..after a ling..wait..we were given no napkuns..I requested extra baja sauce they had none on them...the southwesttacos..had no corn on them... they were nothing like I expected...very sad..i travelled over 25 miles to get there ...i had to go back in..to get sauce for my taco... a long wait for a wrongly done order..my fish tacos..were the same ...very..very...bad day...
