Just close the restaurant down at this point.Poor service.Workers don’t care, probably because they’re not offered a full week’s paycheck.Place is hardly ever open…When they are, there’s nothing but issues.
Just there on Saturday at lunch and they are closed. Go there any evening and they are closed. They are fine but you have to catch them on a magical day they actually open the doors
The wait is horrendous, ordered it thru the app, door was locked during normal business hours so you can’t go inside, have to get in the car and wait in the drive thru line. Food was made wrong even after waiting 20 minutes in line. Not so freaky fast… you have customers who want to buy your product but you’re making it impossible for them to do so. Not coming back.
The sandwiches are really good and the employees are nice but they are rarely ever open. It’s like the person who owns this business doesn’t live near here and doesn’t care about it.
I have a conspiracy theory that this place is a money laundering scam or some sort of criminal enterprise. I have gotten food from here once a year or so ago, but this place closed randomly for a few weeks. Upon it apparently reopening, this place has been chronically closed. I’d literally PAY to get food here but seem to be unable to. My fault for being hungry.
If I could give no stars I would. Sandwiches are small all around with very little toppings and meat on them! Just aweful no taste.
Jimmy Johns is my absolute favorite sub place. Which is why I’m so sad to write this, on top of the fact that I never leave reviews like ever. I am just hoping maybe this will contribute to some positive change. I’m aware a lot of this change has occurred during the pandemic which may be due to short staff and things like that. But on multiple occasions I’ve arrived to this location between 2-2:15 after my class, I’d try to order at the window and be told that they were currently only accepting mobile orders or call ins. So I would try and place an order for one sub on my phone, but mobile ordering is disabled. Then I’d call the store once or twice with no answer. I just feel like if you just simply refuse to serve customers after 2 then just close at 2. It’s unfortunate just because I can almost never get my favorite sub anymore due to such limited hours, which again may be just due to staffing issues that ultimately I understand. But when during the very limited hours you are open you decline service like that it does become upsetting. I have had mobile orders confirmed and then cancelled 20-30 minutes later while I’m already waiting for it, and at times the quality just doesn’t seem as good as it used to. This was my preferred location and favorite sub place (particularly the #9) but over the course of the past couple years I have began to stop coming to this location as where I used to be consistently satisfied I am now more likely to be disappointed. I’m hoping this location can make some changes for the better with these kinds of recent reviews in mind as I still have hope for improvement!
How do people get food from this place? They don’t take online orders, they don’t take orders at the drive through, and they don’t answer the phone.
Drove up to the drive through at about 2:40. Saw a worker sitting down inside playing on thier phone as I passed the front window. Then was told through the speaker that they were closed. Hours online say open until 3pm which is still laughable. Just shut the store down completely. Haven't been able to get food from this place in months.
No way to pick up order in store. Have to wait forever in drive through for app order. Not freaky fast at all!
