I went through the one on palmetto avenue the food was okay waited quite a bit for my sandwich three other orders went out before I got mine the person I was with they got theirs while the person that was supposed to be making mine was just walking around ignoring that there was orders for be done on the grill
Amazing jersey mikes location with excellent customer service. The team members are so friendly and specifically the young lady working there made everyone laugh and smile with her outgoing and personable attitude. We will definitely be back based on how nice everyone is but also how clean the store and quality the food is here.

I REALLY enjoy the subs! So good! HOWEVER…no matter how far in advance I order, or how many employees are behind the counter (currently, 5 as I sit here waiting), it is the sloooooowwwwest process ever. I’m sitting here for now 15 minutes waiting for the subs I ordered over an hour ago. 3 of my subs have been done since I got here…just waiting on the other 4, and as I wait my other subs are getting old. I just can’t with this place anymore. Which is sad because the food is pretty good. Good grief already…I know everyone is doing the best they can, but that’s why I ordered way in advance.
Fantastic subs hand made right in front of you fresh bread good vegetables quality fresh sliced meats. The number 13 Italian is extremely good and popular. The big Kuhnaha steak sub melted cheese and jalapeño’s puts Mr Hero to shame ?cheerful employees and great subsNo fresh unsweetened tea only bottled tea
i love the place, and the food. They offer gluten free subs one of the only places that do. However they are really expensive. a regular sub is pretty small, and the giant is way to expensive. If u have the money i would highly recommend.
Every single person that works here is an amazing customer service representative. I don't know who is training these guys but they are doing an excellent job and deserve a promotion. The food is also always carefully prepared and even when I'm drifting off staring at my phone (trusting them) they're still making sure that they are doing everything correctly. And I super appreciate it.Also they always greet me and acknowledge me when I walk in. Like every single time. And it's not overbearing or anything. It's just an acknowledgment. Great location, great people, and great food.

The service today was horrendous!! I came in at 11;40 am on Friday, 3-25-22, the only one in line, finally got my order and left at 12.06... Only one person making sandwiches !!!! They appeared to be so far behind dealing with call in orders.........Upon leaving there were 9 people in line!!! Come on, you can do better than that. Seems like everytime we go in, there is a new crew, and not for the better!!!! I will have to rethink about stopping in again, being a repeat customer.....
