Clean. I have never gone in there thst someone was not cleaning. Food is good and fresh. The vegetables are plentiful and crisp. I drive 30 minutes to this one
Had a great meal here. The General TSO's chicken was spot on and crispy as was the pepper steak. The only problem was the sewer smell when I walked in to pay. The food more than made up for that!
My family and I became sick after eating take-out from Hop Hing. We were overcharged by $6. Were also told they didn't have any soy or duck sauce. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Their food was OK but a little less than a year ago, we ordered from Hop Hing and like someone else mentioned, out of 5 of us 3 if us had some very upset stomachs. Not going back, I have no doubt that it was the food.
Fried Rice was very disappointing. Not real fried rice! No Egg in the fried rice! Very bland!! As if Boiled Uncle Ben’s Rice. Egg Roll was good. Ribs best part of the meal! Go elsewhere! For better Chinese Food!!!
First time today. Never again. The “Fried Rice” was yellow like Uncle Bens. Nothing fried about it and absolutely no flavor at all. I never use soy sauce and I found myself adding it to the rice in hopes it would get better. Moo Gu Gai Pan, I loved the fact that they used fresh mushrooms but again lacking in flavor. I drove quite a distance to try this out and have come to the conclusion the place near my home is far better. The BBQ ribs were Excellent. Everything else, Boring.
They're food is better then the Chardon Chinese restaurants.
My family and I really like this place. Love there eggdrop?soup? and the big fish in the tank are adorable ?
