Horrible service. The waitress was oblivious to everything going on around her. She forgot about us multiple times. We ordered spinach dip, a wrap and a burger. The spinach dip didn't come till we were both done with our meals. Of course the burger wasn't even the correct one. After waiting twenty minutes our waitress never brought us our check after asking. We ended up asking the hostess for our check so we could leave the establishment.
I would give a zero if I could. Ordered through chow now. Gave a tip. Got there to pick it up. They said I never paid. Thus they double charged me BEFORE they decided to look I to it. Got cold spinach dip with no chips. Ordered wings with sweet baby rays bbq...they gave me hot. I was told from a friend to not order from here...I didn't listen. This is the first and last time I ever give this place a shot. I work in a kitchen. I try to be fair. But I also know how kitchens work. That means my messed up order went through atleasy 2 people and was still messed up. I tipped anyway. Will never return
Incase someone doesn't want to read this entire review let me get to the point... Great place, clean, food is great (large menu with a wide variety of apps and food choices, even have kids menu) servers are attentive and sweet, managers are always on the floor making sure things run smooth. The Happy Moose is our favorite place to eat. We live 40 minutes away and pass many restaurants to get there, and eat there at least once a week. We appreciate the wonderful servers, they are the best. Hostesses are so pleasant and great at accomidating you; whether I take my mother there and need table near the door (cant walk far) or meet friends there and sit at table near the bar. They put tables together when our family come in from Columbus and of course want to go to the moose (favorite of theirs too) Our other son has just recently introduced some work colleagues to the Moose and now they look for an excuse to do things in the direction of the Moose so the can meet for lunch (driving from Wadsworth). Love the Moose, can't say enough. Wonderful place, with a wonderful staff.
Had my first meal here. It was the white chedder mac and cheese with Buffalo chicken. It was very tasty, and it's good portion that satisfies when hungry without making you feel stuffed! Nice place, and bar tender who was also serving in dining area where was attentive and nice! I will be back again to try other food they have. Visit was Monday April 4 2022.
Absolutely horrible place from the time I walked in ! Found a hair in my food management is horrible never came out to fix the problem and still charged me for my meal after I gave it back to the rude server who didn't seem to happy that I complained about a hair in my food and she didn't refill my drink I almost choked on my food before I found the hair. Table was dirty and bathrooms are SICK ! MANAGEMENT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND RUN A HORRIBLE RESTAURANT!!! CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY ENJOY WORKING!!!! LOSERS
Good food … friendly service wit a smile
OK possible the worst experience I have had in a long while. The service was so bad the barmaid actually walked past us at the bar and asked the people next to us if they needed anything, while both of our glasses were pushed up to get another drink. The food was horrible I mean bad. All but about 3 wing sauces were commercially made, and I choose their #1 which was a dry rubbed smoked with 0 flavor, I gave a stranger a wing and he even said how bad it was. My wife's plate came out with a hair on it and even when we told them about it and the manager never came to talk to us about it or an apology. I will say the wings were cooked perfectly but other then that we will never go back. Good luck in the future as this place has been around for a long while and I can't figure out how with what happened the other day.
Regular spot for me. Love their Reubens and wings. Hot garlic wings are unmatched. Service is always on point. Hence, my regular spot. Also right off the highway, cant miss it.
First time visit to this place was awesome, the service outstanding and the food was very very good!Great place to Lunch with friends, the atmosphere is fun and friendly!
I really enjoy the Happy Moose. All of my visits have included great service where the server is prompt, friendly, and attentive. I love the Cajun Dry Rub wings and highly recommend them to wing fans.
