One of the things I appreciate about this restaurant is the music is not loud like it used to be and like it is in other five guys. Now getting to the food my sandwich was cooked exactly like I wanted with all of the items I wanted on it nothing more. The fries could have been cooked a little bit longer but I'm a little picky that I want well done fries so take it for what it's worth. Giovanni who took my order was extremely nice and helpful and even smiled which many people don't anymore so I think he should deserve a pat on the back. The restaurant was clean and I would go back there again when I'm in Mentor, Ohio.
Five Guys has the .ost fantastic burgers! I love the staff here! So friendly and outgoing! Free shelled peanuts! Yummy!
I finally got fresh, got 5 Guys, and I now have a better understanding of why people love it. I really appreciate that their online ordering has no bun and lettuce-wrapped options, too. Lettuce wrapped worked well!
their lettuce wrap is great if your definition of a lettuce wrap is 10 comically large leaf’s of lettuce thrown around the general vicinity of the burger patty and wrapped in foil so when you open it it spills literally everywhere and is impossible to bite unless you put it in a bowl and have a burger salad. make sure you wear a poncho when opening said burger unless you love the look of grease and the most liquid mayo you’ve ever seen stains all over everything you own.
Wow one of the best burgers I've ever had hands down..and a small fry is 1 pound of fries man..love the crew and the new ones who just started to.
My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.
So WOW I just got a job with 5 Guys and the manager offered me free food after the interview. This was my first time eating at this restaurant. And OMG!! This was the best dam burger I've ever had in my 50 years of breathing lol. No one can touch the quality of this burger. Gosh my hopes are that this restaurant stays with us forever and don't disappear like Quiznos or other places that had great food. 5 Guys is a huge winner for sure
The hamburgers are one of the best burgers I have ever had and the fries are great as well. One thing I didn't like is the sticky floors when you are waiting for an order. Please mop up your floors
Place was busy and the person at the cash register was very polite. Food was relatively fast for how busy they were. The whole experience was ruined by the individuals working that felt it necessary to meow back and forth to each other they ENTIRE 15 MINUTES I WAS THERE. No one told them to stop it and it just went on and on. I don't care if people have fun at work, but the three people meowing back and forth to each other so loudly that the whole restaurant could hear it was very unprofessional. I love this five guys, always have good service, but this makes me really not want to return and possibly sit through that again.
The online order and pickup system is terrible. You go in and tell the cashier you have an online order pickup and they yell “Dan is here!”. But the issue is half the time the back doesn’t hear it and you wait 20 minutes before they realize you standing there and then they start your order. This is the 21st century, use some better way to indicate someone is there instead of yelling across the room. It took me multiple times of this happening before I finally realized the back just wasn’t hearing my name called.The online ordering system is also broken because the app makes it look like you just go inside and wait for it by responding “I am here” from the text message, it implies you don’t have to tell anyone. Which I did do at my first online order trip and waited 15 minutes before someone noticed.
