the staff here is wonderful! although the line may be long at some times, it’s because of short staffing. the lobby not being open is also because of staff issues as well as covid. they work hard to keep the line moving as fast as they can. please understand that there are certain times of the day that rushes happen, such as the freeway, any other food place, grocery stores, and this dunkin! things sometimes happen and mistakes are made, so please be patient with them. the staff here is caring, kind, and respectful!!
I stop at this DD every day and order the same thing every day. The staff in the evening are very polite and even though short staffed always try their hardest. It's quite obvious that some people have no patience with waiting for their order. Here's a tip, go inside and ask to help them out. Maybe you will learn what these young kids are going through and yet try to be polite.
Drive-thru employees need some serious re-training because they're AWFUL! Hot coffee with 4 & 4 isn't that hard to decipher. Donuts were hard as rocks & tasteless. Service has gone way downhill. Will not return.
Messed up my drinks! Then originally didn't want to exchange them until i demanded my cash back! But, usually courteous
Terrible. Waited in line for mobile order. Food, burnt. Drinks, gross. It wasn’t made as requested. Mornings, suck. Yeah, I understand Dunkin’ lines are always long. I get it. I come to Dunkin’ all e time, but this one is the first one I’ve been to where they completely close the dining and then now you have people that do online order and that have work. We use online for a reason, to not stand in the line or at least not have us wait 30min for coffee. Closing the dining is stupid. Why not open the dining to people that have online orders only. Do better.
This location seems to do really well with getting an order right the first time. Mind you I'm from Florida so I have only been here a few times since I've been here. I'm pretty disappointed that I can't just walk in and get my to do order still. If an order is placed on the app you should be able to walk in for pick up. Each time I've been here there has been a line all the way around the building. Still, they do ok keeping things rolling and making good coffee!! 5 stars if I could have walked in to get my order instead of waiting 30 minutes in line for something that was already done.
On the corner of a very busy street limiting easy access getting out safely driving. Lines to drive through dangerous and long to where I rarely go and when I finally broke down to wait in the long drive though, very disappointed with my meal.My hash browns soggy and greasy, my egg muffin sandwich microwaved too much so it was rubbery.A shame because this used to be such a good place for sitting down having coffee and donuts. I am an older person and just disappointed how Times have changed.
Pretty consistent, quick, and decent service. Employees are friendly. Overall a much better experience than the one further down Mentor ave. by the mall. One star less on account of location in front of Lowes, the drive-thru sometimes backs up onto Mentor ave. and it's pretty tricky and hazardous at busier times.
If the line is not too long this is a great place for a morning coffee and a quick bite!
