I ordered a medium latte and they only gave me half a cup. It was Terrible tasting. I could barely understand them. The lady at the window didn’t even speak to me. The sandwich I ordered was cold and gross. I will never go back to this location. I lost $8.75 to garbage

Girl overcharged my debit card-said I’d get refund-checked bank account didn’t happen-went back -owner said not to worry it would take time and if I don’t get it come back-I said I AM back-he couldn’t have cared less-ripped me off $11 for a $2 cup of coffee-DONE w that place! Good way to makeProfits ?

The bishop rd location is super fast, efficient and the service is top notch. They always make my order exactly how I ask!

I'm not sure why most of the time they can't get my coffee right. It doesn't help when you are modifying the order 2 times. Out of the past 3 times I have gone there, 1 coffee was correct. A coffee I ordered a few weeks ago had absolutely no cream, splenda or caramel flavor. They handed it to me and I looked at my husband like what? I had to have them add creamer but it still didn't taste right. Please get your staff trained better. You guys are always busy, I understand but you need to get your orders correct. Maybe by you guys modifying an order 2 times gets people confused. I attached a picture of my order with 3 different stickers.

This place is always busy.the line moves efficiently,quickly and with a smile and encouraging words from staff.

I abhor seeing restaurants only on drive through. Customers can't get in to use the restrooms or order in person if they have difficulty with drive through speakers. I was also sad to hear you could no longer get an AARP discount. With that being said, I pulled into Dunkin this morning as I wanted a Donut for my wife and I at breakfast. The drive through line literally wraps around the building and back out to the road. If your line is shorter than that consider yourself lucky! The speaker is horrid and being half deaf didn't help any. The staff valiantly attempted to fill my order and was spot on. The napkins were in the bag but I had to beg for my receipt before she shut the window on me after handing back my credit card. The receipt should always be in the sack! Still have yummy donuts at Dunkin and they still have the Yum!
