I just went to this location and ordered three blizzards with extra toppings in them and they didn’t even have the normal amount. My brownie blizzard literally had no brownie pieces in it even though I paid for extra and this isn’t the first time stuff like this has happened recently. I used to love this location and have been trying to give it another chance but it’s just not worth it anymore. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Foods awesome. Love the chicken strip basket with fries toast and can't forget the best part. The gravey.
The price they charge or not the same prices that are on the menu it's like they just make up their prices.
Went through drive thru this afternoon, and the guy at the speaker said he will be right with me. I waited 5 minutes and he never came back to take my order. After 5 minutes I drove off, and there was only one car pulled up to the door and appeared to be just speaking with an employee. I don't understand when your not busy how you can just leave people sit in the drive thru without taking care of them. This location over the last couple months has been going downhill fast.
Ordered a blizzard through the drive thru… it wasn’t made how I had ordered it. After stating I’m ok with paying the extra for the add-ons they still didn’t put extra. Manager was very rude and confrontational. Just wasn’t that serious til he made it a big deal. Since when is it ok for a manager to speak to people that way ?… staff didn’t seem to care as they were all laughing. Just very unprofessional.
It was ok. Only drive thru open. No dine in. A little slow. Also long lines at drive Thur.
Just went through the drive thru and did not receive anything close to what i ordered. I ordered a large heath bar blizzard & a small turtle pecan cluster blizzard. I received a CHEESEBURGER & the small turtle Blizzard. Seriously??
Been going to this Dairy Queen for lunch on a regular basis for 13 years since my first job at Home Depot across the street. Ever since, I've always found my way back to this place for lunch at least once a week. Over the years I have gotten to know some of the staff and have always had a pleasant experience, but I haven't seen any of them there in a while and the service has been absolutely atrocious. Today was the final straw though. Ordered and told to wait. Waited about 20 minutes before finally getting food. A lot of fast food places are struggling because of lack of workers so whatever I let that slide, but then they come out and the order is wrong. No drink, no fries and the burger isn't even the burger i ordered. I waited 20 minutes to be handed a box with a plain regular cheeseburger in it and nothing else when I ordered a loaded A1 burger combo. I have had a similar experience everytime for the last few months. What a shame, this place has been a go to lunch option for me for 13 years and now its time to put it on the blacklist and find somewhere else.
Pulled up for a Bacon Cheeseburget COMBO. Menu says $5.09. Wished to change to small vanilla malt. COMBO NOW $9.45!!! Was told malt had to be a medium and it would be an additional $3.99!! COMBO already has drink, pay the difference from soft drink to malt? Maybe $1.50 to $2.00 more, but $4.00 more!!!??? Went to BK instead!!
Asked for grilled chicken and when I got home it was fried chicken. I hate wasting money and time...no excuse for it. It was me and one other person at the drive thru...that's one reason I hate drive thur ordering.
