I’ve been to this DQ 3 times. None of my visits were during COVID. The first time we went, we were the third car in line and waited a half hour for our food; the second time I went for a cookie dough blizzard - no cookie dough; today I went in for a banana split - no bananas and was told that after waiting 15 minutes in line (we were the 5th car). I’m sure if I were to give them another chance, which will occur when he’ll freezes over, I’ll be told they ran out of ice cream. Willoughby DQ is so MUCH better. The Willoughby DQ has a lot more cars, but they have the supplies to operate an ice cream place, and they are able to expedite orders and get them right.
Terrible service and attitude from staff. They could not make an Oreo Blizzard with chocolate ice cream. They claim the first two attempts were made with chocolate, but they weren't. The third attempt was made with chocolate ice cream, but it was not an Oreo Blizzard, it was something with chocolate chips. Do yourself a favor and drive 3-4 miles east to the one in Painesville. At least you get a friendly staff and someone who knows what chocolate ice cream looks like.
They would not answer the phone when I called at 7:00, yet they close at 10. I’m still wondering if the dining rooms are open.
Quick and painless service. My go-to DQ. Small Misty Freeze and pretzels for $6. Score!
I don't even bother going to this location anymore. EVERY. SINGLE employee that works there is SO very rude and unfriendly. All I did was ask for a receipt and the girl in the window proceed to roll her eyes and sigh. Then she proceeded to tell her "friend" how much she hates people and her job. Very unprofessional!!!! Dairy Queen really needs to hire better employees. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.
Just like they say hot eats and cool treats a lot of delicious stuff. When it's in season I love the Cherry milkshake.
They have ice cream slushes milkshakes and more but they also have burgers chicken strips fries and more
love this place famous for they ice cream sandwiches
Disappointing a hot fudge sundae was a vanilla ice cream with a couple chocolate syrup drizzles on top most of which stuck to lid. Nothing at all on the bottom. Looking thru these reviews pretty much shows that this has been the case for at least the last month. Seems like the yound inexperienced staff needs some additional training
Hours state open until 10pm but they always shut down early. Today they had the drive thru message that they are closed on at 9. It’s probably time to change their hours instead of consistently wasting consumers time.
