Not as good as it use to be. I got half of my order of meats. I ordered 1lbs of sliced brisket and .5lbs of chicken. Medium fries which cost $6. And the brisket chilli. The fries were under cooked, oily, and not even one potato. The chilli was mush from being over cooked. The chicken was way over cooked. The brisket was not sliced but pulled. If I would have to guess the franchise has changed hands in the past few years . You can just see for yourself in the picture I posted. I am not going to go back. Next time I get a taste for bbq I will have to try somewhere else.

Save yourself the disappointment and go to Mission BBQ. This was the worst bbq I've ever had.. expectations weren't terribly high to start but come on.There was an unidentified piece of something in my drink (good start), meat was incredibly dry (both the brisket and pork ribs), sides were OKAY but tiny, and sauces were just okay. Just look at the meat below, looks overcooked and like it sat out for days. Borderline unedible.I have literally never been so upset after a meal, fast food or otherwise.

I ordered a sandwich(cueban), a pulled pork plate and two drinks through door dash, and it wasn't all that good. The sandwich wasn't the one I ordered, but I tried it anyways, because it also sounded good. However it was oddly soggy and the bun was burnt. The sides were less than desirable, and the doctor pepper and root beer both tasted the same as if they were mixed together. The only props I can really give are that the food was warm, and the pulled pork tasted okay.

Save your money. Do not eat here unless you want fatty meat and rude service. Ordered two 2 meat platters. Saw the brisket being cut and asked if it could be lean. The employee questioned me and said there wasn’t any fat on his cuts. When we got home, the only thing in my to go box was fat. The pulled pork wasn’t even pulled, and the turkey had been sitting a while. Mac and cheese was cold and we only had a 5 minute drive home. Worked in bbq for 6 years and this meal was a huge disappointment. Should have taken the empty parking lot during dinner as a warning sign.

We arrived at 830, the sign on the door says they close at 9. Nothing was mentioned differently until after we paid and were handed a tied bag and asked to leave (I was sitting at one of the tables already but they told my husband they were closed). The table I sat at was the only clean one I found. While sitting in the car eating our food one of the two employees turned the open sign off and we ate and watched them close but zero cleaning was done! The food that we received was ice cold and the baked beans even though they were warm the beans were chrunchy!!I ordered baked beans and fries and was told he already turned off the fryer and to pick something else so I got Mac n cheese, then when I opened my food there were half warm fries and Mac n cheese, my husband went back in to correct the Mac n cheese for beans and I wish I just kept the Mac!Terrible service and food! I should have just gone somewhere else!

Ordered $66 worth of food from this restaurant on Feb 19. Can't comment on the food, because we never actually got any. They decided to close an hour early (but still let us place and pay for the order online) and we couldn't pick up our food. I called about getting a refund, and only got part of my money back. I repeatedly called and was told I needed to speak to the manager, Tony to get the rest of our refund. I left multiple messages for him, and the staff repeatedly apologized that Tony wouldn't return my calls. Finally today (March 8), I called again and got Tony on the phone. He was exceedingly rude and unhelpful, and insisted that no one ever gave him any of my (many) messages. I'm out my $, but hopefully this helps someone else avoid wasting their $ at this restaurant. Plenty of other great options in Erie; avoid the frustration of this place.

Worst bbq of my life... because it wasn't bbq! "Brisket" was pulled out of the oven, not smoked at all (see pic, no smoke ring at all). It was a bad version of roast beef, dry as jerky. I KNOW this is not up to franchise level. They even tried to say "We don't let kids eat free on Sundays anymore", when I pointed to the sign literally hanging over my head they acted like the gave me charity. You couldn't pay me to eat here again.

We got there at 11:30 am service was fine just the food was kinda cool which for me I like my BBQ warm or hot. The Mac-N-Cheese was cool and BBQ beans room temp, for the price you pay its should be warm at least.... WAY different from my last experience...

This is a good place if you like barbecue, brisket, pulled pork, corn bread, coleslaw, etc. They're is also turkey and halepano cheddar sausage, both I get a lot and are delicious. I really like this location because it's usually not super busy, they seem to do more catering, then sit down orders, great during covid when I want good food and not rona!

Not good. Dry meat, place isn't clean. Go to mission barbeque in mentor if you want pulled pork as they're way better than Dickey's.
