Found a 1 inch long metal BOLT in my wrap and cracked my tooth on it. I called into the restaurant after to let them know about this and was told something like "they don't serve bolts".Spoke to the owner afterwards and he was a Richard. Essentially told me that it's impossible for a bolt to be in your wrap and called me a liar.
Every time I eat here I leave feeling great. The meal fills you up with healthy food that leaves you not feeling bloated. They always use fresh ingredients and the facility is always clean. Staff is very friendly.
Today I went to have wraps made for work, and had amazing experience! Tamika took charge and made excellent suggestions and spoke positively to the other staff members that haven’t made them. I really loved her energy and a wonderful smile!!!!
Wow, had the southwest chicken salad. It was great. First time trying anything from there, and I will be ordering again. So much flavor!, and the perfect portion. Barely used the salad dressing because it was great without it.
Great food that's also healthy. My wife and I were at the Great Lakes Mall to see the Michaelangelo exhibit and wanted something easy. They were friendly! The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the Korean BBQ bowl and my wife ordered the Mediterranean Salad bowl without feta. Both were delicious. We will be eating there again in the future!
*Update*I was given a credit for this order and the very next one was perfect. Today I placed another order but, sadly, it was made in the same half-filled way, missing requested items, and the bowl wasn't even half full. When I returned home, I added the missing items with those from my own fridge.This place could have been a GREAT option for healthy food, but it's still cheaper, and better, to create the same food in my own kitchen. Sorry, but I won't be coming back for a long time.*Original post*Orders are mostly right, and tastes good... But don't bother ordering an extra serving of anything-- it's always been the same amount as a regular serving, at twice the cost, and yes, I have ordered single and extra amounts of various items, and have yet to notice the difference in the amount of meat, for example, between the $4 and the $7 price points. Oh, and if you get curbside/take-out, make sure you actually include that you WANT utensils if that's the case, because you won't get them automatically, even though the option for online ordering is to only NOT include them.As I am disabled, getting an and out of cars is difficult for me, so I appreciated the curbside when they brought it out to the car. Today I called when I arrived and got their answering service several times before heading inside. No one acknowledged that I walked in, and there were only two customers in line and at least four staff behind the counter; there appeared to be no reason they couldn't answer the phone.I regret tipping for today's meal, but as it was ordered online I couldn't remove it, after what I got. I feel the manager needs to better train their employees on service.
Beautiful selection of fresh fruit, veggies, cheese, nuts etc… create your own, or pick from the selection. The fabulous young man who helped me today made my choice easy. Thai bowl was great! See you soon!
This is the only place around seriously trying to fill bellies with healthy options that taste good. Their staff have been nothing if not competent and kind every visit. There is a huge variety of ingredients, plates, flavors, spices, sauces, etc. You're certain to find something you'll love.
