I called in an order to go for the “mix it up appetizer basket” it’s supposed to have chicken tenders, stuff portabella mushrooms, cheese sticks and potato skins. I am going by what is on website menu. What I got was chicken tenders and cheese sticks correct but I received onion rings and zucchini wedges. I was ok with zucchini wedges but I don’t like onion rings. I would not have ordered this bcuz if that. The girl asked me 3-4 times to repeat my order which was mix it up basket and Greek salad. I didn’t arrive to restaurant for at least 20-25 min to wait another 20min. Asked for ranch dressing for appetizer and got creamy Italian, I am assuming it was whit so it looked like it was ranch. I go there all of the time and usually give 5 stars. Noticed a lot of changes and just want to say disappointed last few times I’ve ordered to go and decided to give a lower score. I normally never criticize bcuz I’ve worked in a restaurant and know how it is. Just disappointed with service lately.
Service was pretty good. They could be a bit more attentive on cleanliness - the salt & pepper shakers needed wiped off & there were crumbs on the seat, but the bathroom was clean. We went for breakfast & we were both very happy with our food, though it wasn't as hot as it should have been. The hashbrown were fantastic though. The pancakes are very good, though there was a heavy vanilla taste to them - I liked it, but my mom did not.
We had lunch here today, this is our 2nd time here and our meal today was just as good as our 1st time last week!I ordered the Gyro with fries and it was delicious!! My husband ordered the Concord Burger with fries and he was very happy with it! Love their fries..nice and crisp!!Next time I eat here, I may try liver and onions!!
My wife and I stopped in with another couple at noon on a Sunday for the breakfast buffet. The restaurant was packed with happy people. Even though it was very busy we only waited one minute till they found us a comfortable booth. Our waitress was Kayla and she was spectacular. She had those good waitress instincts, and never let our coffee cups get empty. I think because it was so busy the food was being replenished quickly and was fresh and delicious. The star of the breakfast was definitely the eggs Benedict. There was also a mountain of fresh fruit. We had a great experience and we will be back.
Very clean set up, very fast service, and nice staff! The Mexican buffet was disappointing though, bland, little fruit, no dessert. We were disappointed, but might go try the breakfast buffet sometime!
Waitresses are very nice. I am a regular and i usually order the New York strip steak. It usually is very good. The times we were eating here the food was wonderful. Well i ordered it today and it was garbage. Tasted like chopped sirloin. I asked the restaurant if the cook was new, the staff, or even the supplier. Nothing was different. They remade the steak, and nothing was different. obviously i was unsatisfied with my food so we went home. I started to feel sick and still feel sick while writing this review. Then i went online and found a video about how to make fake steaks and that restaurants are making fake steak cuts and passing them off because of rising beef prices. I certainly hope that is not the case, but i am an avid lover of steak and i know what certain cuts are supposed to feel like texture and density wise, look, and taste like. After seeing the video i saw, i wouldn't be surprised if thats what was happening. Also the owner only took off one steak even though they were both nasty according to my other party member. Oh and the toast was burned. I wont be going there anymore needless to say. If you, Concord restaurant find out what the issue is, then contact me. After so many great meals there, today was a huge disappointment and for a restaurant who can hire entertainers, there is NO excuse. Good food comes first.
Absolutely worth the drive! First time here and the breakfast bar looks just like the photos ❤️ it’s nice to have a place still look and present itself like they advertise ❤️❤️ can wait to come back

Food was okay but the pop was terrible and come to look it’s not even Pepsi or Coke products and they charge the same as other places with Coke/Pepsi, soup Tasted old like it was re heated several times.
