Food Quality is Ok. Was Better When it Was Operated as Jalapeño Loco.
This was our goto Mexican spot here in Mentor. However this take out visit was way off. We order the same thing almost every time we dine. The order was wrong, missing requested cheese and small side portions. I called in and talked to the supposed owner. He told me that I am wrong and he will charge me for cheese if I came back to get the cheese that went with the fajita which was supposed to be a fajita queso. This is completely unacceptable and very odd for them to not make things right. We are very upset and will request a complete refund from our card services and wont go back. What a shame.
We really like Cocos Locos in Willoughby. This was terrible. We should have heeded warnings from other reviews. Worst Mexican restaurant ever.
Love their service. I’m addicted to the chori pollo. Easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area.
Every time I come here they always manage to mess the order up. Whenever Jalapeño loco was here that wasn’t the case.

Went there late one night for dinner about an hour before close. They were happy to seat us. The food was made fresh. I got the California burrito and the other person got the chipotle burrito with sauce on the side. My margarita on ice was perfect. The food was good. I’ve been there about three times now since they opened. One time they were very busy and had a slight hiccup in our order, but they corrected it. Don’t know why the other reviewers are so harsh. The food always tastes great.
Worst service ever. They messed up my order then blamed me for the mess up. Don’t waste your time at this place. Terrible management
