I got charged charged twice on my card. They said they gave me a refund, and they did not. It's been 3 weeks! 150.00 for pizza they charged me and when they showed up asked me for cash!!! When I called about my refund they asked for the full credit card number!! They are robbing people and lieing!!! This place is unbelievable and not to be trusted first and last time and the pizza was horrible!! i really can't believe it's this hard to get a refund. that they messed up. Wow.

i was asked to give feedback for my review, well it took an hour and a half to get an order of mac and cheese bites 10 minutes down the street, that didn't even taste fresh.

Pizza was delicious. The customer service was severely lacking. The automated system asked me to key in my selection for delivery. When I finally got through to a person to place my order, he said they were not doing deliveries. My call got disconnected and I had to go though the same process and long wait again. The same person that answered my previous call, asked if the pizza was for delivery or pick up. I placed my order and went to get my pizza. While waiting, once again, the person who answered the phone was laughing at peoples frustration when he explained they ran out of dough and could no longer make pizza. At that moment, a delivery driver walked in the door and took two orders for delivery. Then after waiting an additional half an hour after my initial estimated time of thirty minutes, my order was wrong.

Delicious pizza and wings

Thank you for resolving the matter.

Love, love, love their pizza have gotten their food for several parties always come back

They forgot pepperoni on my pizza but fixed it so quickly and made me another pizza

My crust was literal paste, plus they don't pay employees their earned pto

Delicious! We've been to a few locations of Cleveland Pizza, and the pizza is consistently great. Good choices for special diets - have a good gluten-free crust (risk cross-contamination though, if very sensitive), vegetarian and vegan are all well-marked on the menu. Thanks!

If I could give no stars I would. Italian sub literally only had one thin slice of each kind of meat in a 15" sub, for a total of 3 thin slices only. Basically it was a vegetable sub for $13+. Their Grilled Cheese specialty pizza consisted of melting some cheese on plain pizza dough. Let's not forget the chewy croutons they added. What croutons have to do with grilled cheese I have no idea.
