Horrible experience seriously:( I wish not down talk anyone or any company you all have jobs and families to feed, but come on you all can do so much better.It was so hot and muggy, smelled like urine all over in the ride area, the food was undercooked , tables filthy and the admission attendant spent more time texting on her phone than paying attention to doing what her job consist of..IM JUST BEING HONEST!
I went to a birthday party at this location on Sunday, April 24, and had an experience I want to share for any mamas of children on the spectrum. My son is 3 years old and non verbal Autistic. On Sunday when Chuckie came out and was high giving the kids and he got to mine I could tell he was trying to get my son to do a high five and I sputtered out that he has autism and he may not want a high five and maybe if he just let him touch him that would be cool ? but the person is the mouse fit not only let him touch him, he touched him with love and guided his hand to his nose and let him be himself. I couldn’t contain my tears, it’s not often that people are understanding of my son. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for letting my kid be a kid. ???

Absolutely love sensory day, not to crowded! My son has autism and it's nice that they have the one day a month! Even though I wish it was twice a month!
Loved it, enthusiastic staff, great pizza and fun games. Mario cart with my daughter was the best! We'll be back!
I have to say it's a much better pizza than it was when my kids were little.
