Well made steak bowl . Ingredients fresh. Still hot when delivered ! However I ordered extra steak and it was pretty light. Otherwise very well made !!

For the 2nd time in a row we ordered extra meat and extra rice through the app and ended up with what appears to be 1/2 portion of each. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

This location needs to be investigated for health and safety reasons. For starters, the bathrooms were filthy and one didn’t have toilet paper. I ordered a burrito the employee couldn’t wrap it and offered to double wrap it. I didn’t want the extra carbs and refused. A female employee with tattoos on both arms attempted to rewrap my burrito in a new tortilla. It was also a fail. She then offers AGAIN to double wrap my burrito. I declined. She said; BUT I DON’T WANNA WASTE THIS FOOD. Me; Excuse me? You’re going to waste it. I no longer want it. Me; Can you please make me a bowl instead? She rolled her eyes and asked: white or brown rice? This is uncalled for! New management is needed immediately to get this place and it’s employees up to code. I will NOT be back.

Food was very good, counter service friendly and fast. Every table was smeared and had food residue. Food on floors and garbage in corner. Flat black walls were filthy as were the windows. We ate in, and were not given a tray for our food, nor did I see any to request. My guess is, they were probably all dirty. Probably the dirtiest restaurant that I have seen in a very long time. I love Chipotle's food, so I will look for a different location.

I ordered 2 burritos with double steak, sour cream, corn salsa,etc. When i got home my burritos were really small so i opened them.. I was missing the sour cream & corn and it definitely didnt look like i got double steak. The guac i received was also entirely brown. If you dont have the ingredients then cancel my order ?

Don’t ever order from here. Every time, literally every time, something is missing, items are wrong and what they do give you is a child’s amount of food that they must throw around the restaurant first. Sides of salsa are the only thing they get right. I’ve ordered a barbacoa bowl and it’s right on the sticker and they literally gave me a chicken burrito, right toppings even. How do you mess that up. And you’ll never get your chips

Since this location moved it has been nothing short of absolute garbage. This location is competing for worst Chipotle experience with the Willoughby location. I go out of my way to go to the Mentor Ave location now. Staff is rude and unhelpful, management clearly doesn’t care and if you order online, your order will always be wrong. Just terrible.

Ever since this chipotle moved locations it has been horrible half the time they are out of several items. There was a day I walked in before the lunch rush and they were out of white rice, chicken, steak, fajitas, and mild salsa, while the online order line was stocked. This used to be my go to but now I have really justify going

Please avoid. Gave it more than 5 dinners chances at this locations over the time and all have miserably failed in different ways. Last order was missing covers for bowls and served us blubber (steak). Bubble gum at best if that’s how you serve steak. Today they had no beans and served a bucket of red sauce on top of the bowl rendering it inedible. Online orders…… good luck getting what you ordered!! No fault whatsoever to employees, it is understandable the supply and other known issues with the restaurant businesses. I think they are trying their best, just not given proper training to deliver good food in regards to chipotle’s mission statement. Will be back once they fix things but consider closing in the meantime instead of robbing the customers by serving them food that is clearly inedible.
