This is the worst Chipotle in the area. I have ordered online a few times and gotten incorrect meals with totally made up orders because they were out of several items. I tried them again because I assumed it was a Covid issue. Nope. The place is filthy-looked like a bomb went off on the counter where they make your order. You couldn't tell what was what because it was all mixed together. The people working there are totally oblivious or just don't care - I assume the later. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE Now we goto 306 or Crile Rd.
The dining room was let go- trash overflowing onto the floor, no napkins available, ice overflowing out of the machine and half of the pop was out of syrup. I understand being short staffed, but there were a few emoloyees not actively doing anything when we walked in. Our queso was forgotten but I was able to come back to get it. Everyone was nice and the food was good though.
Staff was friendly enough but everything was dirty and nasty food was decent but the store itself needs a serious cleaning
The teenager running the register had me run my credit card at least three times claiming the bill wasn't paid. When I recieved my credit card statement it showed I was double billed. - don't use tap & pay... insert your credit card only. Music is generaly loud and techno/dance. You need to speak loudly when ordering food. Food was normal. About one hour after eating I had to hit the toilet (my body needed to purge). This is a one out of five occurance for this location. I have eaten here several times and the people behind the counter are usually very young and withdrawn (not engaging)...
First time at this location…the employees were friendly, and the flavor and portions of the food were excellent.
I'm not sure how or why this chipotle is even open?! They are always out of the basic ingredients offered on their menu and mobile ordering is a joke, the orders are rarely ever correct. I give this location chance after chance and it just results in frustration. Just shut the place down already.
Ordered through door dash, absolutely disgraceful what I got. I ordered extra chicken and they barely put in chicken at all. My sons burritos were so small looked like something they served us back in the Military. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with this location. Needless to say avoid this one at all cost.
This location closes at random times every week. This is my 4th time going all the way there after calling to get the hours, checking the website, and checking times on Google maps. They all say they close at 10PM. There is NO reason they should be closing early when they are always busy and full of workers inside. They are just lazy and want to go home early.
Definitely don’t recommend eating a Chipotle Mexican Grill ever again unless you want to risk your information be fraudulent compromised and the company to send you some canned BS response. While this has been known issue with Chipotle’s security protocols since at least 2019 if you do some research because they refuse use two factor authentication or a Captcha to help safeguard user accounts from being compromised and having fraudulent orders made with your saved card information.
Easily one of the worst chipotles I have been too. Super slow. Never have to go orders ready. Staff moves like they hate their job. I'd drive the extra miles to go to a different one.
