Worst ever. 3/3 for missing items from orders. Even after we called and the manager sent us coupons for free food, the next time around they still forgot half of the food at the window. Yay for dry salads and kids meals with no food in them.Clearly I'm the dummy here for expecting anything better.
Great service. The handsome young man at the window helped me out and let me add to my order at the window. Thanks again. I do have one question though, why do they have to say "my pleasure" so much. Gets kind of creepy sometimes. Is that the only response Chick-fil-A allows their employees to say? I'm just saying sometimes it's kind of weird. But they got great chicken though
Always a great experience. Drive thru is usually pretty fast and keep the line moving. Very rare that wait is super long. Love the food. Food is always great
I really enjoy eating here whenever I have a taste for a great chicken sandwich. The sandwiches are always hot and made to order. My only complaint would be that the fries are soggy, never crispy.
Can't find better staff. Love how they were talking about the holy spirit & church while waiting for my food to finish cooking. Food was hot, fresh, & great! Fulfilled my order in a decent time.
The food is very good. My complaint is that I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for one chicken sandwich and fries, while approximately 7-8 cars behind me got their orders before me. When I did finally get my order the fries were barely warm and soggy. I don't go to chick fil a very often and the above is why.
Lol certainly not a bowl, and maybe half a cup of sweet tea with all that ice in there. I even asked for no ice. Thanks.
Multiple order mess ups here. Ordered today in the drive-they, got home and they forgot a salad. I called and their solution was to mail me a coupon. I asked if I could come get it and they said he’s, asked if I could skip the line and they said to come inside. I asked if they would bring it to my car and they said yes. I called multiple times when I arrived with no answer. I was so irritated having to go in there, then they don’t know what I’m talking about. I asked them to refund my salad for the trouble and they refused and said it was against policy, which I know isn’t true because I’ve had them refund me for errors again. Wouldn’t offer me anything for my trouble. Don’t waste your time. Rude manager and poor customer service.

Always long lines, doing mostly pick up orders, was able to order inside. Foor was good and customer service was great
