Hard to believe this location is still in business. Waited at the counter to order for over 10 minutes and was the only customer. The 2 employees that were there never acknowledged I was there even though one of them was directly in front of me about a foot away putting items under the counter. Would give them a no star rating and will never recommend or visit there again.
1.) inconsistent hours. Sometimes they’re open until 8, other days they’re closed before 8 or open after 8. 2.) food quality seems to be very dependent on who is working. I’ve gotten very fresh food then other times cold food. 3.) some of the workers there are EXTREMELY rude. We went the other day, they said their broiler was broken (there was someone at the window ahead of us? So they ordered fine lol) and my husband asked “so you’re closed?” to clarify. After a few seconds, a lady with a NASTY attitude said “well the broilers broken so I can’t make food”. You don’t need a broiler to make fries. Chicken. Shakes. Etc. No idea how this place is still open.
Currently in the drive thru, been waiting over 10 mins to pick up an order. I can see the employees, they look like they're having a great time, music is going and everything. Tried to call the corporate number and left a message, I doubt anything will be done.Update: The district manager reached out to me and ensured that the situation will be handled properly. He said he is new to the area and will be making a lot of changes, so I'm excited to see what changes will be made to the local burger kings.
I am very disappointed with this Burger King. They don’t have consistent hours- sometimes they close at 7pm, other times at 7pm. Drive- thru is very slow- we have spent upwards of 20 min on the drive-thru only to get to the window and asked to pull forward til our order is ready and then get room temp. food.Indoor dining room always appears closed. I actually love Burger King and I’m .5 miles away, but I refuse to go to this establishment, it’s not worth the aggravation.
Went inside to avoid order mess up. Had to wait 15 minutes for fries at 5 pm on a Friday. They were out of Coke. The person at the register never gave me a receipt. And when I got home and opened my sandwich of course not what I ordered. Don't know how hard it is to work at Burger King but sure seems easy when I was the only person in the store.
Slowest place ever. Order wrong the few times I stopped. Tried to call to let them know about order, no phone service in evening.
We stopped at the Drive thru a bit before 8pm. We placed an order which came to $8.79. Through a miscommunication a small fry was added to our order. We told the girl that we didn't want an extra fry. She said she understood and when we questioned why it was not removed from our screen she told us that the screen was 'broken back there.' We waited (3rd in line) for 20 minutes. We finally get to the window and hand the girl a gift card. She mumbled something and closed the window. She comes back, hand s us the gift card and my husband asked how much she charged off of the card. She says $11 plus. My husband said our order was $8.79. She tells him there is tax! My husband told her 7% of $8.79 is not over $2. She checks her screen and recites off an order that was not ours. We told her again what our order was, she left the window, comes back and hands us a bag. My husband told her he wanted the change. She hands him a receipt! She finally went to get her manager(?) who came to the window. Without looking at us or asking what the problem was, she checked the screen and said" They ordered a meal and then there is tax. THEN WALKS AWAY! Deciding that it was not worth our time dealing with imbeciles, we pull away. When we checked the bag we found that she had given us the wrong meals that she had recited to us in the beginning.!
Waited in line for 35 min just to order then my order was wrong. Then waited 10 mor min for “fresh food” and itvwas clearly not fresh!
Ordered a double bacon CHEESE burger, was asked do you want CHEESE on dat. Ended up with a single cheese burger with no bacon not once but on 3 separate occasions along with cold hard onion rings. Burger King on Heisey is never open for Breakfast. I can appreciate a honest mistake but when your the only vehicle in the drive through and no one inside ordering?
Waited 10min at an empty drive through. After some deliberation with the four other cars in line- and window peeking- even though the lights were on we eventually only saw one person. They were mopping in the kitchen- at 6pm on a Monday night. If you don’t have enough staff to run dinner- at least put a sign up that you’re closed so hungry people aren’t wasting their time
