So here is the issue. I have been here three times: once when they opened, once a couple months after they opened, and again a couple of days ago. If I was making this review after the second time visits, it would be one star. The first two visits had the same issues: long wait for a table, very slow service, and the pizzas we got each time were sad excuses for pizza. All bread and no toppings.Yet, for some reason, I decided to give this place a third chance. My mindset going in was to get something that wasn't the pizza and to try some of their beers. I also specifically went during a time when it would not be super busy. The service was quicker this time, though it did take a bit before my appetizer came out. Also, the lady behind the bar ended up in a verbal argument with one of the other employees that briefly spilled out from the kitchen into the restaurant floor. It happens, but it was surprising.I ended up getting a wheat beer (Harvest Hefeweizen), a fruity cider sample (Berry Burst Cider), potato skins, and fish and chips. I love Blue Moon so I tried their wheat beer, but it was kind of whatever. It did not have a lot of flavor and I could not tell it was even a wheat beer. The cider I sampled was much better. It smelled great, had a nice fruity flavor, and was very smooth. The potato skins were not crispy, but they were not dry either. They had a fine amount of toppings on them and the sauces that came with the skins were enjoyable. The fish was great. Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy fish on the inside. The fish was so tender that all I needed was a fork to break it into pieces. The fries were crispy and tasted alright, but they were nowhere near warm.If I had only the most recent experience, I would have rated this place 4 stars. However, because of the previous experiences, I have to give it 3 stars.

First time going there. Atmosphere seemed nice and relaxed. The food was good and the price not so bad. We even tried paying with the QR code on our check... very simple!Only thing that could have been better, was our server. She wasn't rude... just very short when she came by our table, and didn't show up much during our visit.I'd come back again still.

Great appetizer options. Lots of sharable plates. Verity of food types. I take my sister here when she's in town because the have good gluten free options.

Excellent service with friendly staff. The adult drinks are displayed beautifully and taste exceptional! Food is phenomenal!

Can you say Siberia??? This restaurant wasn't much warmer than the outside temps and today was a very cold day!! Every customer and almost all the servers wore their jackets the whole time!!! I could not wait to get out of that freezer called a restaurant!! It took 10 minutes after being sat to even see our server, then another 10 minutes at least, to get our drinks. We were literally 1 minute away from walking out and heading to the Japanese Hibachi.I had an appetizer of Ahi Poke which I liked and I also had Mahi mahi tacos, very good but messy! My husband had a Bistro burger and he really liked it. Sadly they didn't have any chicken thighs and we really was looking forward to trying them! I had a churro pizookie and OMG....it was scrumptious!!!!! MmmmAll in all the food was great but the frigid atmosphere made it a very unpleasant evening. Happy birthday to me!!

This was a great afternoon meal. We had a variety of food as there were five us. I had a grilled ham and cheese with fries. Can't remember every thing that the others ordered but by the site and sounds made everyone had a outstanding meal. Our waitress was very very nice and attentive to all our needs.

Prices and food was fair. Today was to take out our daughter and she instantly knew what looked good but unfortunately the burger was well done and lacking seasoning compared to the medium rare she requested (she loved the fries) ! I enjoyed my meal but did have to add salt and pepper to the Philly which was thankfully at the table so no real complaints from me for the price.

These beer dinners are something extra that is nice & fun to do there. Food is always good & drinks are too! Staff have always been great!

We went here to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and it took over a hour to be seated. The food took a long time and when it came out the only thing hot was the pizza my niece ordered and the french fries. Everyone had cold burgers, steak, and sandwiches. I complained to the manager and only was offered free dessert. A discount on the expensive food that was cold would have made more sense. The server was fantastic and the kitchen manager that was filling in as host was great. But it seems like the kitchen manager should of been in the kitchen. As an added bonus I got food poisoning.
