Asian Fusion Salad Gluten-Free

One of our favorite counter-serve restaurants. They are the only 100% gluten free food location that I know of in the area, which is perfect for my daughter that has Celiac disease. A unique product offering with fair portions and good pricing. The spicy chicken isn't that spicy, however the traditional spicy sauce IS, so be careful if you're sensitive. Online ordering is easy and fast. Try the passion fruit lemonade!

Simply delicious! Great flavor, and so healthy. Would not even realize how healthy it is with all these flavors going and and wide variety of options to put on your bowl. So, so good!

Pretty tasty, everything seems fresh. Good amount of food for the price. Waiting in line seems to be quicker than putting in a mobile order...On Mondays they have a promotion “meatless Mondays,” tofu and veggie bowls are a few dollars cheaper their regular price.

I've always had good experiences with the can and was happy to see the come to Mentor. This location isn't the easiest to get in and out of. I'd recommend coming from the Tyler Blvd. The food was good but there are some other restaurants in the area with a similar menu that I prefer ( San Francisco Stir Fry, Core Life, Poke Fresh). For me, it was more about the options for types of rice or noodles.

Food isn't half bad. They load you up with carbohydrates and charge you extra for a decent portion of other fruits and veggies. Might as well go to chipotle if you want more bang for your buck.

Very disappointed. First time there, staff all said hello but once it was time to order no one explained or suggested anything. Not one staff member informed us on what was good nor did they really interact with us. Just stood there with a blank look on their face. The cashier told us 2 times that we can tip. Food was good customer service was not pleasant at all.

Today was our first time going here and it wasn't terrible but, not what I had expected either.I got purple rice, bean sprouts, corn, carrots, scrambled eggs, cheese, pineapple and spicy chicken with yum yum sauce. The purple rice is a neat idea to bring some color to your dish! However, the chicken wasn't very spicy and I was charged $1 for pineapple, which I get but, I only got like 4 pieces and asked "Can you add more if I'm paying extra?" My husband was charged $1 for a hardboiled egg but, my scrambled eggs were free? The superseed crisp was lemony and crunchy and delicious though.Needless to say, we probably won't be back. This is a cool concept but, definitely needs more options.Follow me on IG @mother_beast

New location opened Feb 2022 in Mentor. Food is what you expect from this chain. Parking is a bit limited, and can get problematic during lunch hours.

First timer here. I had heard many good things about Bibibop and when I found out they were bringing one to Mentor, I was very excited.I ordered (to-go): a chicken bowl with sweet potato noodles, carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts, yum yum sauce and ginger sesame dressing.Food was cold. Luckily, it heats up well in the microwave (at least the noodles do). The presentation was very messy. I only got a few small pieces of broccoli. My bowl consisted of mostly noodles and carrots. The sauces tasted great, but as you can see, they don’t really give you a whole lot of sauce. All-in-all, I’d probably try it again. Definitely wasn’t as amazing as everyone says it is, though.

From being enthusiastically greeted at the door, to the great food, not to mention the aesthetics of the decor, it was a wonderful first experience at Bibibop. The staff was friendly and patient with first time visitors. They were very quick to neatly put together your order. There was a really good selection of items to build your own bowl, and they had a lot of interesting sides available at the register. I regret not getting the crisps that I saw, because I'm sure it would have been tasty. Maybe next time! The establishment was clean, and not overly decorated. Simple decor and a very nice layout for indoor dining. The only thing I could suggest is some adjustable blinds at the booths, because the sun, as wonderful as it was, was almost blinding on the white tabletop.A great experience overall and will be returning again soon!
