I hate to say it, but I honestly cannot say anything good about our experience here. My husband, 2 young kids, and I came on a Tuesday. We waited over an hour to be seated after the hostess told us, "It will be a 30 minute wait, but probably less". We were finally seated, saw our server ONCE to order drinks and food, and didn't see her again for 40 minutes. I am normally a patient person, and NEVER leave negative reviews, but this experience was insane! When we finally got our food, it was cold, and the kid's hamburger wasn't even a full patty. I literally could not be more disappointed. I understand low staffing--I own a small business--but this was beyond explanation. Negative stars.
We were told a half hour or less wait, ended up being an hour. Had to wait another 15 mins to order food and drink. We were asked how we like our burgers pink or no pink. Said pink, and got no pink. Kids burgers were smaller than sliders but served on regular sized buns and got like 10 fries. The kids side of strawberries is just yogurt with a half a strawberry basically. Left the waitress 20% still but will not be going back.
We went there tonight and here’s our evening. At a time where people can’t get a table we got there at about 5:45pm and were able to be seated right away. The hostess said our waitress’s name and that she would send her right over. Well somewhere along the line nobody told our waitress. We waited well over 10 minutes without even having a drink order taken. So we put our coats on and walked towards the door. A gentleman at the host/hostess station thanked us and we said no need to we couldn’t even get waited on and we walked into the parking lot. It was then that no less than 4 people( managers) came almost running out to stop us and apologize. One of them (Tom) offered us free dinner and really went above and beyond to get us back in. We decided to go back in but without the free dinner because that not why we walked out. All of the people had concern that we weren’t taken care of. I didn’t get everybody’s name but they were all amazing. We will be back simply because they did it right making up for a mistake. And yes Tom honored my request and we paid for our meals which were outstanding. They did give us coupons to come back for a free appetizer
Amazing services! The food was delicious!!!! The staff was so friendly. Great experience ordering food! I’m looking forward to eating here again!
Had a phenomenal family dinner last night. Food was perfect. Steaks were cooked to absolute perfection. And our server Jason was absolutely outstanding. It was so refreshing seeing someone enjoy their job rather than just another run of the mill “it’s just a job” type of person.
I ordered off off door dash, I didn’t expect my order to be made let alone picked up. From one line cook to another thank you. ❤️ Your much appreciated I tried to write a review on DD I’m not sure it was accepted though but whoever was on the line on 2/18 you rocked it and much appreciated to your hard work it doesn’t go unnoticed! Got food to go a few months ago and EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS WRONG!!!! When I got home I called and the “manager” told me she would be sending me gift cards. I waited patiently for months…. Because the mail has been slow. Never got any gift cards to replace the horrible food I got. That’s really bad customer service. $50 gone and not one item correct.
The hostess at this applebee's tonight In manner was awesome. The service was good food was slow to come out my fish and mashed potatoes and broccoli was cold Didn't ask to refill my beverage. I won't go back
My husband and I ordered takeout from here tonight and it was awful. We ordered the wonton tacos which came disassembled and with barely any filling for them about a 2 Oz cup full of chicken. I had also ordered a smoothie which came in a half empty cup and was mostly ice and melted water very little fruit mix. I wanted to give Applebee's another chance as I hadn't ordered from them in years after a terrible experience so I was truly disappointed that yet again they remain terrible. I normally never leave bad reviews but this was just awful. Save your money and cook at home. Applebee's needs to really step up their game or they are going to fall under just like the other chains like them.
Great atmosphere, music playing was absolutely my kind of music and Samantha the server is wonderful! Food was superb! Margarita was terrific! Thank you! Definitely coming back!
