My wife and I went this last Saturday, March 19th to see a comedian, Jeff Shaw. we arrived early and took advantage of the cash bar, which was reasonable, the buffet dinner was good. after dinner it was announced that the headliner Jeff Shaw could not make it, plane delay, so they arranged for 3 other comedians to perform, which turned out well.the facility was very nice, very convenient too from our Medina location.
Cleveland Keys were absolutely phenominal! We had an amazing time!Highly recommend having them back!If anything, the hot food was a little cold, and we arrived by 6:10-6:15pm, but the taste of the food was good.It was a great time though, and the cash bar had a great selection for reasonable prices. We appreciated that!
Andy was amazing! From start to finish! We had a big elaborate wedding planned for Virginia Beach but due to covid and my father in law sick we had to stay close to home. Andy still did everything to make our day magical! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing staff, great atmosphere and great scenery!! Five ⭐️‘s ❤️
Have been here a couple times for a company safety meeting. The food that was served for us was delicious both times. Also has great outdoor views.
Our club had our annual Christmas Awards Banquet here once again. We have been attending this wonderful, BEAUTIFUL venue for a number of years. Food was excellent and service was impeccable, as usual. All servers were very attentive to all our needs and requests. We are already booked for next year and so looking forward to it. If we could give them a 10-star rating, we would!
First time going to an event here. Food was fabulous, the cash bar was very well stocked.
The coordinators and staff made my daughter's wedding a dream to plan! They were fabulously accommodating, worked with us on every level, allowed my input and were reasonably priced! We couldn't have done it without them and couldn't be more grateful!
We recently held our wedding reception at Williams on the Lake in October 2021. We can not say enough about how much we enjoyed it. Aly and the staff worked closely with us leading up to the date of the reception and made everything so easy. The room was set up beautifully and the food served was wonderful! The staff gave us great service throughout the night and the bartender did such a great job keeping guests served the entire reception. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone else looking for a reception location!
Very nice wedding food was great just need to get a big chalkboard right the name of the person who getting married that would have helped a great deal
Facility was nice, not spectacular but the food and servers were great.
