I come to this location sometimes its close to my house. Lately the guy at the window and the food window are not nice. the workers are very rude the older man poked fun that i come in so much and i can go to the grocery store and get food. Im paying his paycheck without customers u have no business. Thats the third time he was rude. The staff at food window look like they are annoyed. The food has gone down hill i will ditch this location!
they are mean towards Thier employees and they make fun of them and they let other co worker general managers try to kill the other employees there too and they don't train new workers there at all either the manager disrespectful to everyone as well too..so I don't recommend anyone else working for this Wendy's restaurant in Medina ohio on Medina road they don't give you a decent pay when you get hired at all either... and they wonder why so many people has left there everytime where they can't get the lobby to stay open for many hours untill closing at night ...
and they treat Thier employees badly too
The food here was fresh, and tasted better them ever. The woman who took my order was very nice, and so were the rest of the employees. The food came out hot, and it was delicious. I strongly suggest eating here
The time on both their app and Google for their closing is stated as 9:00 on Fridays. We arrived, after placing a mobile order, at 8:15 PM, and the store was already closed. Management needs to make sure their closing time matches their app so people can't place orders to a store that is already closed.
Hands down the best breakfast sandwiches around. It seems like the secret is out. I could always pull right in and have no wait but now the line is always wrapped around the building. Coffee sucks but that's my fault, I spoiled myself with French press at home so nothing else compares anymore.

By far the best Wendy's chili cheese fries I have had. Usually very skimpy on everything. Not here it was fresh hot and delicious.
They are ok for eating Thier sometimes but the some of the workers I work with are mean and rude to people and make fun of some of other workers specially this one women that does fries and sometimes dishes and she is sick and if she is sick she shouldn't be at works at all to make other people around her sick and she shouldn't be mean towards new workers either to try to get them fired when they are doing Thier jobs...
We ordered 1 burger and 3 sets of chicken fingers.I ate one and was disgusted. The kids didn't even want to try since it smelled so bad. We just threw it out. 10$.. occurred past Friday night at the medina Wendy's.1 star is too generous
