We have been going to Twisted for the last 5 or so years. We used to love it! They have definitely changed and not in a good way. Every time we go it seems they’ve found another way to cut corners. The last 2 times we went it took at least 15 minutes for a server to come and take our drink order. The floors were sticky and the staff looked like they could use a shower. The last time my husband and I went we waited for over 10 minutes for a server, I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the staff looked, how air headed the hostesses were and how sticky the floors were. We walked out and will not be back!
Heard many good reviews about this place. Drove an hour to get here in time for lunch. They did not disappoint. They know how to make a really good ShroomBurger, with a good amount of mushrooms and onions and the burger was nicely crisped along the edges. Sushi was excellent. Can't understand how they are a great burger and sushi restaurant, but they are!
Met my brother at @twiistedmedina for Sushi and Burgers. Good stuff. Plain As Jane Burger lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, toasted brioche bun…. Spicy Crab Roll[shredded spicy crab] togarashi, spicy mayo….. Chazmanian Devil Roll[shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese] shrimp, spicy mayo, sweet soy glaze, tempura crunchies…. Crab Rangoon Roll[shredded crab, green onion, cream cheese] tempura fried, spicy mayo.
We went at 4:30pm on Sunday for my sister in laws birthday. We didn't realize you would need a reservation. The dining room was pretty empty when we arrived. We were told us its not their normal policy to turn away parties over 4 people but they were today.. Very disappointing. This tells me that they need better management. They need to take a lesson from smaller restaurants who seat 6 or 7 people with no problems. When a restaurant has such a large space, they shouldn't be turning away patrons. There was another party of 6 behind us who also was told the same thing. We probably won't come back here for another try..
Fantastic dinner tonight for our family. The staff was attentive and kind.
Very good food! Mom loved the burger and I loved the sushi! A vegan friendly burger option would make it perfect.
Delicious food. Never disappoints. Family friendly with terrific staff.
The service was terrible. We were seated very fast, but it was also not busy. Are waiter did not greet us for over 10 mins. Once he finally got our drinks we ordered are food. Food was good not great, best thing was the french fries. And for are waiter we actually never saw him again. No one asked if we needed anything or how are food was. The waitress helping the table next to us, brought us are bill. We will not be returning.
My fiancé and I attended the New Year’s Eve party and man was it awesome!!! Not only was the FOUR DIFFERENT food buffets incredible, but the gaming made the night so much more fun than other New Years party’s in the past ! It allowed for mingling and a fun time without extra money being spent! The staff was great.. maybe waited 5 min at most for a drink (which was all inclusive as well!) definitely will be going back next year and every year after that as long as they host this party!
This was a good place for lunch. I wanted a burger and my friend wanted sushi... Walla.The spicy mayo was just enough spice on the burger and for the first time I had sushi and I actually will probably get sushi next time.Service was great and the atmosphere was really nice. Definitely plan on going back when I'm in the Medina area.
