We had a really terrific meal for my Grandma's 90th birthday. The service was outstanding and every dish was great. The walleye and seafood diablo were excellent. Desserts were very good as well. Nice selection of cocktails. Very good value in this fancy local restaurant.

First visit, looked at menu before being seated. Choice of fine dining with fine dining menu, or 2 other casual areas. In other areas ability to order from their menu or fine dining menu. We ate in the dining room. Burata appetizer in red sauce with crispy pita. Main coarse ribeye steak, cut and cooked to perfection. We were told all steaks are cut there, sourced local.Second entree walleye. Both were large portions and delicious, beautiful presentation. Nice selection of wine glass/bottle. Our server was excellent, attentive, did not rush us, knowledgeable about the menu. Nice selection of wine by the glass/bottle, all price ranges. Thank you Tyme 2 for a wonderful meal and experience to celebrate our anniversary.

Great little place with really good food, a nice atmosphere and a very cool layout in the old building/house. The staff was really friendly especially our waiter and the manager. When I asked for a table outside, the hostess started to tell me about a wait but the manager standing there said to put us out there at the vacant table. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I’ve previously given a 5-star review but had an upsetting experience today. Food was excellent. However, it was the seating arrangement that was the problem. From calling ahead I learned seating on patio was first come first serve. I arrived with 2 friends and asked for outside seating. The hostess said there was a table on patio but it was reserved for larger parties (table seated 6). She said we would have to wait about 20 minutes for patio seating. We accepted seating in bar area instead (I did not make a big deal of it as my two friends just wanted to enjoy the evening). I noticed about 10 minutes later a family of 4 was seated at the table. No large party came to dine the entire time we were there. I found this experience upsetting and will rethink my decision to dine her again. I can’t understand the decision to avoid seating us just in case a larger party shows up.

I was looking forward to having lunch here so much. My husband and I even invited friends. I have tried many of the items on the lunch menu over the years and they were always wonderful until now. I am afraid the management has fallen into the trap of either raise prices or compromise on quality to deal with inflation. They seem to have chosen the latter. I ordered the portobello mushroom pizza which I have eaten on at least 2 other occasions. This time the crust had no flavor, the mushrooms had an off taste like they were past their prime, the crumbled goat cheese was not as good in quality, and there was hardly any drizzle on the pizza. The side salad and house dressing was as usual. The iced tea and service were very good but the pizza was so bad I didn't order the creme brulee out of fear of being disappointed with that as well. My husband ordered the bacon burger which is something he has eaten on many occasions. He said it was a shadow of what it used to be. Just not right. If it isn't a case of sacrificing quality to keep prices down then it's a case of losing kitchen staff that consistently put out quality to a kitchen staff that isn't up to the usual standards. We will have to decide if we give Thyme 2 another chance. So sad.

We had a date night over the weekend here, and it was amazing, very cozy , and the food was delicious. We can not recommend enough how delicious the Chipotle cream steamed mussels were ! A great selection of drinks too!The only downside was the strip steak, it came out room temperature, we were a bit disappointed, but it was very delicious nonetheless.

We went to Thyme2 from a friend recommendation to try the beer battered orange roughy for a Friday during Lent. This was one of the best fish dinners I ever had. However, if someone didn't tell me about it I would have never known. It wasn't on the menu and the waiter never mentioned it. So if its a secret meal then I am glad someone spilled the beans. We started with French Onion Soup which was also excellent. The fish dinner came with 3 pieces of fish, tasty hush puppies, cole slaw and homemade tarter sauce. We had gotten creme brulee, and a lava cake with ice cream. Both exceptional. I am looking forward to going back again. Other items on the menu also looked very good.

I’d like to start by saying that I’m really not easy to offend and rarely write reviews but this was something else. I was so excited to try this place for lunch after reading the positive reviews. I was seated quickly but the positive experience ended there for me. They seated me in a drafty corner next to a closet/storage room that staff entered and exited frequently, often bumping into my table or the chair I was sitting in. I didn’t get to choose the seat, they took away all the place settings on the side of the table away from the door. My server didn’t mention any specials or the soup of the day just - do you know what you want? I didn’t even realize either existed until I heard her offer them to the tables that came in after me. They sounded delicious and I would have definitely gotten one had I known of their existence. I waited forever for a salad and my server didn’t even check to see if everything was ok. When she finally did return with the check I requested a box, which she CLOSED in front of me so I had to reopen it to put the food into it. Ordinarily I’d assume I’d somehow managed to offend this woman unknowingly, but she didn’t give me the time of day long enough to have been able to offend her. If you’re looking to be mistreated at lunch this is the place. I definitely will not be returning.

My husband and I moved to Medina over a year ago. We have been to time Thyme2 several times since we moved here. It is the place we always take company as the food is delicious. The dining is delicious whether you eat upstairs or down in the pub. Both menus are fabulous. Yesterday I hosted a luncheon for 30 people and they did a fabulous job! Joe the manager made it so easy. Vanessa who has been our server several times took care of us yesterday and she did a terrific job. It was a beautiful event and they took care of our every need and did not rush us at all. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner!
