Ordered two cakes a few weeks ago via email because when I went in they said they only take email orders. Talked with the bakery multiple times via emails. Went to pick up my cakes and they didn’t have the order. I was told it was not processed because I didn’t put a card on file (I was NEVER told I needed to do that) They didn’t seem to care at all, no apologies for the miscommunication nothing. My twins birthday is today the day I had scheduled to kick up my cakes! Now I have to find another cake place last minute. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Always so good! It's hard to decide what to get because everything looks amazing. Their coffee is good too! The staff is very friendly as well. It's a great place to stop!

This bakery is great. Delicious food they have cookies, maroons and coffee and more. They have indoor seating cafe style. Great bakery. 10/10 Recommend

My son just bought me a delicious birthday cake. It was an awesome stack of pancakes cake. Loved it!!

Erin did an amazing job on the vegan chocolate cake!

i stopped in because it looked cute and i wanted to try, i was so disappointed:( we got macarons which looked good but were hard as a rock and honestly just not good. we also got sugar cookies which were decorated beautiful but rock hard as well. this was around 12 in the afternoon. our cashier was nice! no complaints about the service, just maybe some fresher treats would have been nice:)

Love this local bakery gem! The most delightful macaroons and the sweetest decorated cutout cookies, makes this bakery stand out amongst the rest in Medina. Pop in for a latte to compliment that “for any celebration” cookie. I appreciate that they have gluten free options (that taste really good too!).

They went above and beyond our expectations for our daughter’s birthday cake and cookies. They looked and tasted amazing. We’ve only ever ordered cakes from the grocery store before but we will definitely be repeat customers. ❤️

I was shopping around the square Friday so I stopped by Honey Bee Bakery for some macarons. I bought three and after leaving I tried one. It was dry and hard. The entire top half of the cookie crumbled off. I decided to go back and tell them how stale the cookies were. The salesperson was very nice. I asked to speak to the manager. The salesperson went in the back room which I could see. The manager made a face and made it clear she did not want to talk to me. I waited and she didn’t move off her stool. I gave up and left the cookies and left the store after telling them how upset I was that they would serve stale cookies and provide such horrible customer service. I am baffled how a bakery can serve cookies so hard that they had obviously sat around several days. I expect bakery items to be made fresh. And I am truly astonished a manager would not speak to a customer after this. So no macarons, no refund, just bad service (from the manager, not the salesperson).

Ran into Bob at Cool Beans. He no longer goes to Honey Bee as was told he treated barista’s rudely. According to Mattie, two new barista’s made his latte wrong and they did like the way Bob informed them. If anyone was rude it was Mattie. Furthermore, Mattie went on to call Bob a liar. (While I am sure this was a total misunderstanding, You take the word of two new barista’s over a customer that has supported you for years!) I have seen Bob numerous times at Honey Bee and he was nothing but nice, polite and very professional!!! Mattie was rude, unprofessional, and should be fired. I have seen Mattie treat our senior citizens this way. Bob said he brought Mattie’s behavior to Kim and it fell on deaf ears. I too have joined Bob at Cool Beans. Apparently Kim is not concerned about dealing with senior citizens. BEWARE——-HONEY BEE IS NOT FRIENDLY TO SENIOR CITIZENS
