Literally 2 stars because how can you get something so wrong so many times? My daughter loves the chipotle melt but without the chipotle sauce and we always always specify like please she can’t eat it. And they forgot AGAIN and I didn’t notice this time and my girl was in tears over the spice. If you can’t accommodate and want to be lazy, just say that and I won’t waste my money. Plus they forgot my chips and cheese for the meal on the last visit. But that’s besides the point.
I was hoping this TB was better then the one on N Court in Medina....NOPE!. Ordered 5 soft taco Supremes, no consistency from one to the other... 1 with no tomatoes, one with almost no cheese, 2 with no sour cream at all and all 5 have different amounts of meat and lettuce and I must say all 5 seemed to be skimping on ingredient amounts! As for the eating area, most of the tables are dirty(not busy right now, in fact it's very slow right now) and an employee just walked the floor ignoring the dirty tables and unswept floor! They say good help is hard to find....I think with thus generation of kids now it's impossible to find! Terrible work ethics ....AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PIC, THATS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPREME
This might not necessarily be the stores fault, but of course taco bell makes it a 2000 step process to try and resolve issues or provide feedback so... oh well. On several occasions I have put in orders using the website and they inexplicably never get to the store. After the experiencing an issue the first time, I started to make sure to verify the address of the store that I submitted the order to, so now I know it's not me making a mistake. This last time, despite the confirmation having the correct address, the store somehow didn't receive my online order. Their solution was to "call corporate" because apparently they are powerless to do anything. The fact that they cannot look up my order with my info and are at the whim of whatever garbage system forwards orders to specific stores is absurd. Fix your trash website.
They made one out of (only) two items from my order wrong. When I politely asked if it could be replaced, I had to repeat the correct item 3x, and then they added jalapeños to it. Which is clearly intentional food sabatoge. I find this petty and childish behavior. This store is not worth your money. Go to a local Mexican restaurant where you spend the same amount of money, get the food just as fast, but actually made well.
I recommend hiring people actually willing to work.. forgot making tacos was hard.. pulled in and waited in line for 10 min at the speakers.. employee cars were parked in the lot but no one in there with all the light and screens on…
Someone explain to me why Taco bell builds their drive thru like that? I have a big truck. Some bells are worse than others but they all pretty well suck. The one back wherr i live in TN does to.Btw one napkin really?
We throughly the drive thru around 10:40pm and all the light were on and there were cars in the drive through but NO ONE was there working! I’m serious….6 cars were behind me and one in front of me. Finally the car in front of me pulled up, looked inside and and pulled around to tell all of us in line that no one was there!
Chalupa was hard to chew stale usually they are warm and softer my daughters hard taco was cracked and falling apart and soggy. May be they had a bad day but dont serve stale chalupa shells and taco shells to people
Went through the drive-thru and there were two other cars in front of me. Could see several employees inside the store and cars in the parking lot. We sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and in that time the cars in front of me and myself had to leave because no one ever took our order. If they were closed for some reason I feel like they should have at least got on the speaker and told us that they were closed since all their lights were on and all the employees were still standing in the building
My favorite Taco Bell and I have been to quite a few. The food is good here every time and the staff has been consistently super friendly
