Ordered the toasted cheddar chalupa in chicken but was told they were out of the chicken. Then ordered the chicken chipotle ranch burrito along with some other items. The kid at the window named "Stone" was very rude and had a attitude. By the time we had the conversation about being out of chicken they magically had chicken and was able to get everything we ordered. Make sure you check your order before pulling away because was shirt one item after being told we were set and had everything! Definitely not the good service we had with the old building!

Love the new taco bellLooks great and the workers were very nice food was good as usual

I pulled up to drive thru at 10:45pm. Lights were on and there were THREE cars in the parking lot. I said hello about 4 times and when I pulled around to the front I SAW A WOMAN WALK STRAIGHT TO THE BACK ANDNOUT OF SITE. no one spoke to me nor did they even acknowledge that I was there. I will NEVER come to this Taco HELL again. Beyond rude. Very unprofessional. I've worked fast food AND retail and whenever I have to close early I LET MY CUSTOMERS KNOW. and when I CALLED the line was busy. I waited 20 min and the line was STILL busy. Which means they took the phone off the hook so they didn't have to answer it. I wl be calling corporate to let them know they are losing money and customers due to being ignored. That's childish of your employees to literally run and hide from customers. Seriously idk how they even have jobs if they are scared to talk to people.

WAS super excited this finally opened back up..That excitement wore off immediately.. They were rude, acted weird in the drive-thru, and were mad when I tried to order an additional item at the window that I forgot to order, as if I'd be better off waiting 20 minutes in line again.. Yeah.. The line was ridiculous. And I get the understaffing issue. But Chic-Fil-A across the street doesn't seem to have an issue. So I wonder if they are that rude and unprofessional to their employees too, and can't keep people hired there..Sadly, as much as I don't wanna order from here again, sometimes it's just way more convenient. Otherwise I'd goto the one a few miles down the road in Brunswick where they are super pleasant, and seem to have much better flowing traffic in the line..Smh, get it together.

0 STARSLiterally god awful service..I COME TO THIS LOCATION PRETTY FREQUENTLY TO PICK UP DOORDASH ORDERS AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE..THEY WON'T LET YOU PICK UP ORDERS INSIDE, THEN MAKE YOU SIT IN LINE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES..Then they tell me that I can't order a drink because I'm doordashing? I have literally never heard of that in my life. I can bring a drink from home, I can go to 7-Eleven across the street, and buy a drink, but somehow can't order one in the drive-thru? Sounds like a made up rule to me. I guess in the future if I have to pick up an order for doordash here, I will order a drink first, then have to get back in line to pick up my doordash. .Not going to lie, I have been avoiding picking up orders from them because they can't seem to handle running this business..

Was missing food and I let it go and then I bite in to my quesadilla to find a bone cutting the roof of my mouth make sure you check you’re kids food

Everytime I order pick up I show up and it never ready if I order ahead it should be ready by tha 20 mins it takes to get to tha storeI alwasy wait for like 10 mins inside yall gotta fix this

I understand being understaffed. But I called at 10:18 and they said open until midnight. We show up at 11 along with 7 other cars and all the lights are on but they won’t answer speaker, go to window and some guy says we close at 10. Just started that today. Should go back to paying guys like him $11 an hour. Oh and still 3 cars in parking lot they just wanted to go home. If your closed shut down the place so everyone isn’t still coming there and waiting in drive thru

I would give the zero Stars if I could. I have never had this happen in my entire life, even working in fast food myself. After working a long 12-hour day I wanted to grab some quick hot food, pulled up to the speaker box at 11:30, half an hour before they close, with a line of cars behind me. I was not greeted and I sat there and proceeded to wait, and ask if anyone was there for at least the next 10 minutes pulled up and the lights were off the doors were closed. Extremely disappointed frustrated and hungry

Tabitha and Brandon were super friendly and my order was correct for once! Buy them two new cars.
