I’ve dined with Swine BBQ twice and surprisingly, the second time the customer service was just as poor as the first. The food is wonderful but the staff seem to struggle with appropriate greetings, smiling and basic interaction with their guests. Usually these things are part of a trickle down effect from management/owners and I do believe it should be addressed if repeat business is a goal.

Tonight was the first time me and my family ate at Swine BBQ and let me just say it was absolutely amazing. We hadn’t had BBQ like that in quite a long time. They’re also Patriotic and the owner served for our country. I’d like to thank the employees they were very nice and took care of they’re customers. So if your looking for outstanding BBQ give these guys a try you won’t be disappointed.

Great little place to grab a quick bite to eat. I personally love when restaurants are set up this way - you order your food at the counter and they plate it for you, then you pay and sit down to eat. Super easy, quick if you need it to be. Now for the food - it was amazing! We went late in the day and quite a few of their items were sold out for the day so we ordered ribs and they were the best bbq ribs I’ve ever had. The sides were also unique and delicious. My husband and I will be back for sure - so fun finding gems like this!

Perfection from head to toe! I ordered the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage Sammich with a Trio of Sides (Street Corn, Mac n Cheese, and Cole Slaw) and it was so delicious! They have a sauce bar as well to try all kinds of regional BBQ sauces! Everything was delicious and the food was served instantly at the counter. I cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Being from North Carolina I am used to a large variety of Bbq. Swine Bbq staff is polite and friendly and the menu is neat and listed with prices. They offer a nice variety of different sauces ranging from sweet to mildly spicy. I ordered the candied pork belly, pinto beans w/meat, smoked cabbage, and mac & cheese. All of which were very tasty. My beverage of choice was a sweet tea. The tea was not as "sweet" as I prefer but home brewed which in itself was refreshing. And the Mac n cheese to me was a little less cheesy than I like. But all in all I had a great dining experience and will definitely return again!!

Despite serving great food, Swine BBQ has a lot to learn regarding business efficiency and customer service. Unlike other restaurants on the square, this establishment "builds" your plate in front of you while you're ordering — a cool concept in theory. However, this process is lengthy, awkward, and slows down the line significantly. The owners should also consider purchasing a soda machine instead of having drinks ordered/made at checkout. This process slows down service even more and unnecessarily elongates the line.

This place is a great and authentic BBQ Smoke House. We loved the brisket and the pulled pork!! And the selection of home made sauces was excellent...we'll be back for more!

Stopped in today for the first time. We WILL be back. I had the smoked salmon and my hubby ordered the sampler with the brisket, pulled pork and candied pork belly. Everything was amazing! I can’t say enough about the food and the amazing flavor. I personally hope they keep doing the smoked salmon from time to time because it was great. For sides we tried the smoked cabbage and coleslaw-both good! Can’t wait to try the other sides too! They have fountain drinks and some adult drinks. I can not wait to go back and highly recommended- and this is coming from a picky bbq person!

We waited 5 minutes while 4 staff members walked around the kitchen looking at us without saying anything. A girl finally did apologize for the wait.Maybe I'm spoiled because I lived in Memphis for a few years, but overall this was just ok... I really wanted to like this place.I tried a half slab of ribs, pulled pork, turkey, and Mac and cheese. Everything was just ok and a little dry. Pork didn't have much flavor without the sauce. Turkey was dry. Ribs did NOT fall off the bone. I had to pull with more force than you want to and they were a bit tough. Ribs also have a brown sugar glaze so be ready for a sweet sugary flavor not so much smoked flavor. Super cheap slices of plain white bread. Mac and cheese was a bit dry and not very cheesy.Other people with me agreed turkey was dry and said the Cole slaw wasn't very good.A bit underwhelming. I probably won't come back.

Swine BBQ is the best, I contacted them and ask for food to serve 40 people after my mothers funeral. The pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and the street corn was above and beyond. Brian and the staff at Swine go above any expectations with the food quality and the portion size. Would definitely recommend.
