Summer middle management increased the quality of the sandwiches and cuisine but the guy cannot even keep his nuclear microwave working. This is a franchise that has struggled with hot sandwiches over the years. Medina needs an East Coast Subs.
Placed order drove here the door says they're open till 10pm and they're closed before 8pm

The sandwich was made to order. The only problem we had was we had ordered it to be picked up and although it was ready we had to wait in line for 5 minutes to pick it up as it wasn't on the pick up shelf.
In spite of being understaffed, the employees were nice and professional.
On this day May 13, 2021 at 12pm (credit where its due!)All the ladies were so efficient, quick and so very very courteous. I normally don't travel out on lunch but our food and experience was worth it. Thanks ladies and my baby enjoyed his sandwhich!!
