I waited 15 min for a cup of coffee that cost $5.355 min of the wait was at the window to pay. A lot of workers walking around inside, no one coming to the window to give me my coffee, which had been made and was sitting there. It has been awhile since I last visited Starbucks - it will be quite awhile before I do again. ?
i ordered a mango dragonfruit starbucks refresher and it is purple by the way and when i went to pick it up it was clear with ice ( no dragonfruit or anything) it literally looked like water and tasted like water no flavor. just ridiculous and lazy. wont go back ever..
Y’all this Starbucks team is elite, I love every single one of them! I go every single day and it’s the one thing I look forward to in the morning. I seriously appreciate them so much, today I was having a rough start and they made it so much better! Lots of love for y’all♥️
Always so friendly! Great with order accuracy and working in a timely manner. Great way to start your morning with a coffee and pastry from this location.
Due to covid, the store has been unreliable with open hours. Under usual circumstances, I can pick up a single coffee in 5 minutes. It takes closer to 12 minutes now.
Justin is always so kind and welcoming! The whole staff really is great and take pride in their work and making sure people are taken care of.
This store has got to have the laziest Starbucks workers I’ve ever seen. During the day when they aren’t busy they will turn the store into drive thru only and won’t accept in store purchases or pre order pick ups. Then at night they will flip it and close the drive thru early and make you come inside but still no preorder allowed on the app. Brunswick, Wadsworth or Strongsville stores never do this, only the Medina store does this. So inconvenient and frustrating and when you ask why it’s like that they have no answer. Pure laziness and a bad manager is what I think it is. The one time I counted seven workers inside but doors were locked and a super slow, packed drive thru only. I hope a district manager or someone reads this and tells them to get their act together.

Curly red headed girl was the absolute sweetest! Knew my name, made conversation while we waited on my feta wrap and she was so nice. Give her a raise!
I love this starbucks! They are always really nice even when the drive threw is 20 cars deep!
