Why is order ahead never available?! This store is awful!!! Everytime i even think about coffee they are not available for order ahead. Then when you try to go they take forever! Do they not understand people work or have other things to do and cant sit there for 45 minutes?! Boo starbucks!!!
I walked in the store at 4pm to order a coffee and the door has a sign that clearly stated they are open for to go orders so I try to get in line to put my order in and the manager or whoever tells me they won’t take any orders and are drive thru only. And she said it very rudely. So I go on the app to try to put my order in and it says the location isn’t taking online orders. Starbucks is turning into a trash company that has so many customers they feel they can show no customer service and not have any consequences from it. Guess I just won’t buy Starbucks anymore. Bunch of lazy workers. Would it really have been a big deal to take my order as I was in before you closed? Instead was rudely turned away.
This is literally the worst Starbucks. They aren't always open during normal hours. They rarely have order ahead and then the drive thru line is outrageous. I order coffee every day, but rarely can go to this one even though it is the closest because of such lousy service.
The best experience so far! The drive-thru was packed and orders were lining the entire counter but not once did a single employee show anything less than professionalism! Order was spot on and done before the ETA. Very impressive!! Thank you!!!
Randomly closed in the middle of the afternoon ? All the lights were on and there were people inside, so I was very confused. As were all the people who tried to get in before and after me. If you’re going to be closed at random intervals, please update the times online so your customers aren’t caught unaware.
Since when is Starbucks consistently closed on Sundays? Should be one of the best days of the week from a business standpoint. Such a joke of a location. Howard Schultz would be ashamed.

So tired of Starbucks. They never update their app whether they’re open or closed. One day the drive-thru is open one day it’s not. One day the lobby is open one day it’s not. And frequently is closed
Drive thru is down. Baristas are polite and helpful
