I love Italian authentic restaurants. I prefer a "clean" fresh tasting marinara sauce. This marinara sauce is somewhat on the sweet side which I don't prefer. I've had other entrees which didn't include a marina which were overly spiced with garlic. Just because garlic and oregano are associated with Italian cuisine doesn't mean you have to go overboard with the spices. The ricotta filled shells obviously had sugar in them too! The consistency of the ricotta cheese was runny and milky. The side salad was okay except for the Italian dressing which tasted more like sweet and sour dressing. The pizza was pretty solid. It was greasy though.Be aware of the 6% charge per entree. I think they did this instead of a price increase on the menu which saves them money so they're not spending extra money to change the menu. The sign pertaining to the 6% is posted on the door as you enter. So, overall we will not be revisiting Santosuosso's. We love Dontino's in Cuyahoga Falls. It's worth the extra drive. Their homemade ricotta cheese ravioli are the best!

Our waiter was very attentive the entire time our party of eight was there. We all ate something different, and everyone was very pleased with the temperature and taste of the food.

Being an italian I would say this is the worst italian seafood pasta and fried calamari I have ever had.Worst pasta alfredo it tasted like can alfredo sauce. When I called they told me it's real authentic italian food, that is not true. All of it was from frozen seafood verfied it by calling and asking, frozen breaded calamari and probably a can wedding soup. $68.00 meal for our Wedding Anniversary that was a complete waist . Even the bread tasted like it was bought from a grocery store. Very disappointed. Will never recommend to my italian family and friends.

Went to this restaurant for my mother in laws 80th birthday. When she made reservations she said 12 instead of the 14 that went. We got there early so they sat 8 of us and gave us menus while we waited. Told the waitress there should be 14 chairs and they eventually added two. Unfortunately they then took our menus and and told us we could only order from the limited menu and handed us a one sided paper with 5 or 6 choices. It had no prices and when the bill came we were completely shocked. The prices had to be higher than what was on the original menu. As for service, we did not have any complaints. The young ladies were running as fast as they could. The food was terrible. Salad was old and brown and definitely from a bag. The alfredo sauce had no taste at all and all of the food was lukewarm. Salads took a half hour to get and food was at least half hour after that. We will not be returning.

A great experience start to finish . This place is very popular so reservations are highly ry. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the menu has many Italian and American choices at reasonable prices. The drink menu gives detailed descriptions of cocktails and wines available. There is room for large and small gatherings.

Staff couldn't have been more charming and attentive. Came in as the kitchen was closing and the owner George kept it open so I could get some take home for my family! The food was top notch as well. Loved the heavy rocks glasses at the bar for a nice cocktail whilst I waited. Thank you for everything and see you all real soon!

I've been wanting to try this place out for a year. Finally went and I'm so happy we did. Great service and awesome food! I truly can't wait to go back. Stuffed shells were great and chicken Parm was delicious. Cheers!

Though the service was extremely slow, they made up for it with a fresh salad and delicious spaghetti and meatballs. The atmosphere is really dark and romantic. I can't wait to come back!

When we walked in we did not feel very welcome, met by the hosts asking if we had a reservation, it was 4:00. I guess reservations are required at that time. Our waiter wasn't very friendly for some reason, we felt like we did something horribly wrong, also was not given the specials either. I ordered the lemon chicken and Holy cow it was really over done with lemon! To the point I couldn't eat it. So if you don't have a reservation here you probably won't be treated like family.

First time, yes it’s pricey but you should get good food when it’s pricey. We had chicken parmesan and chicken piccata. It was 3 out of 10 on both meals. Sign on door said slow because it was under staff. It was slow but waitress was very nice. But not impressed with the food.
