Would’ve given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. Manager asked us to get him a Red Bull out of the fridge and didn’t pay for it. Took 25 minutes to get our order, was defensive when asked why. Took so long and moved so slow. I felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter who had to put up with that guy. Very dissatisfied and disappointed will not be coming here again.
Very polite employees, very clean and tidy, staff is very personal and helpful, and always makes amazing smoothies! Will continue to keep coming back!
More than half the time they cannot make a smoothie correct. If you like water down/ice chips and barely any fruit in your smoothie then this is the place for you.
We literally drive to the one on 18 to avoid this one unless we're in the middle of town and closing time is soon. They are rude, inconsiderate and slow. The one on 18 is nicer, the staff is nicer and smoothies & food taste better.
One of the worst pulps around. Never clean. Lazy and rude workers. Nasty joint
I love that my local Pulp has a drive-thru! It is great for those nights I want to eat light and have a smoothie for dinner! I always get the Anna Banana with peanut butter and it is so tasty!!
I have never had an issue with snacks or smoothies. The problem is the wait time. There can be one person in the car in front of you getting one smoothie and it takes at least 15 mins. You can't come during a break or in a rush because you will not get through in a timely way. I've never had a quick experience here ever. It always takes a really long time going through the drive through. Right now just now 2 people have pulled out of line. I rarely comment on things like this but for smoothies? It just should not be this long of a wait.

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes on one car. When I called to ask why it was taking almost 20 minutes to get a drink order the girl could care less. Me and another car drove off.
The smoothies are great! But they are understaffed all the time. Their lines are always so long. They definitely need more employees working during the day. Their young employees are over worked and overwhelmed. disappointed in the management at that store.
