An Express pizza hut. What you see Is what you get
Breadsticks are awesome if you ask for a side of the seasoning they put on it, makes them more spicy ?
I’ve been a member of the rewards program at Pizza Hut for awhile now, so I was Excited to learn that you can also earn points for pizza when you dine-in at Pizza Hut restaurants. They sure don’t make it easy to get those points though.We went to Pizza Hut during lunchtime and our waitress was training a new employee , which was great, they were nice enough, although not attentive at all. I gave my phone number when I paid for our meals at the end of our visit, but the reward points didn’t show up in my account after a few days so I sent an email and I I attempted to have the points I rightfully earned added to my rewards account. I received a generic type response asking for my receipt which I did not have since when dining in at Pizza Hut you take your receipt to the front register to pay for your meal when you finish. I did not receive any other receipt after I paid, Which could’ve been a fluke since our waitress was the one who cashed us out and she was still training the new employee. I was told via email that the store could look up the receipt if it was within 30 days, I asked them yes please to do this and to add the points to my account , A few days later I received another generic response telling me they needed my receipt and that the store can look it up if it’s within 30 days. This solves nothing, if the store can look up the receipt then don’t tell me about it, just do that. Problem solved. I’m so frustrated with their lack of care about my business at this point that I’ve sworn them off. This particular location Has really gone down the drain lately anyways. The tables were sticky when we sat down, the bathroom was so disgusting Even my children didn’t wanna use it just to wash their hands. My mother opted to” hold it” until we got home! The salad bar has not been fresh the last two or three times we visited I.e frozen cherry tomatoes, brown lettuce, dirty looking utensils etc. And the regular employees who were great with customer service I haven’t seen there in quite some time, not at all worth visiting. If you need to have a Pizza Hut choose a different location, In the future I know we will.

I love the taco pizza it's my favorite but the server said they are getting rid of it.😥
