I was so disappointed with the delivery service they provides . I ordered the pizza around 6:20 pm and lady told me will be delivered 7:30 pm. I took the lunch break at 7:30 pm but the pizza didn’t show up and called them and the manager said it’s gonna deliver momentarily and don’t know when they gonna be here and cannot tell delivery person to contact the customer. My question is how the hell I know when the delivery person arrive?… this was so bad. Am very disappointed. Don’t recommend and never gonna order from them.
I will never order from the medina Papa John’s ever again. Twice now they have ruined my orders. I ordered from them last night they messed it up they said they were going to fix it tonight and the food was cold and stale and the wings were soggy and gross I can’t explain enough how gross the food really was. Not to mention the manager on duty when I called was so rude. I am absolutely done with this place and I highly recommend that you order from Master pizza or dominoes or Pizza Hut literally any other pizza place is better than the Medina Papa John’s
Just want to thank my delivery driver Sara for my exceptional service tonight during the blizzard!!! I was expecting cold pizza and would not complain about it but it was still hot! Unbelievable. Thank you!

So slow- arrived at promised time but pizza hadn’t been made or put in the oven. It was not busy.
VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! We have gone to this store on Lafayette Rd. for many years !!! Besides taking the pizza back because there was no sauce or cheese ... WOW...we did get a replacement ! Like every where else, this store is cutting corners on the condiments place on their product !!! The pineapples, sausage, pepperoni, cheese and ham are 1/3 the size The tomato sauce is BLAH and not like the classic spicy sauce that made it appealing !!! As long as they continue these practice, we will not return !!! Even PAPA would not accept this thrown together Pizza in his day !!! I believe this store will lose business !!! Bring the spicy sauce back !!!
what happened to the pizza crust? I got a flat pita shell instead of pizza. worst pizza I have ever had from this location!
