I'm really not one to go out of my way to bash on a business, but in this case, extremely concerning events have occurred enough times now that I feel obliged.Visit 1: I got home after ordering through the drive-thru, & not only did they give me the total wrong sandwich without telling me, but there was also a hair in the sandwich. Threw the whole thing away.Visit 2: I thought I would give it another try via ordering online for in-store pickup. The order included a 4-pack of chocolate chip cookies for the kids. I'm assuming Panera didn't have any in stock or whatever, so they're alternative "disguise" attempt was to put a single M&M cookie on top, & a huge stack of napkins underneath where the other 3 THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR would have been. So now you're trying to cheat me ...[FINAL] Visit 3: I ordered online for in-store pickup. I ordered a couple of things including multiple bakery items. After I picked up my order & was double checking it in the car, I noticed more than half of the bakery items were missing. I walked back into the restaurant, waited at the counter for 10+ minutes before an employee acknowledged me, & told them what happened. The employee rudely barks, "Well we don't have any." So because you don't have any of the multiple items I ordered & ALREADY PAID FOR, you just don't include them without saying anything to me? There was nothing else I wanted so I said, "Okay, can I get a refund for those items then?" She rolls her eyes at me & walks away, & a manager came back & issued the refund. I should have said something at that very second, but I just wanted to get out of there. But either way, sounds like you're trying to cheat me again ...& now I'm done. I will not return to this Panera Bread location & I wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

The tables and floors need to be cleaned regularly. I bring my own cleaning wipe even b4 the pandemic. Also, they have cut the napkins in half which only makes you take more?bc half of a napkin is ridiculous .

Incredibly slow. As I type this I'm still waiting in my car for a curbside pickup order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Once I get my food I'll edit the review to say how long I actually waited.Edit: after another 15 minutes I decided to go in and ask about my order. I waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then they gave me my order right away. I left almost an hour after my order was supposed to be ready.

I guess when I look at a menu and it says pick 2 6.49 I assume you get 2 choices for that price. I kept asking her but she did not get it. They charged 6.49 for a half salad and then another 5 dollars for a cup of soup. Which had a good flavor but not great. I went through the drive through so when I got home I just couldn’t believe that my bread was just thrown in the bag. Never had that happen before anywhere. Usually they wrap it or put it in a bag. Chicken Caesar was ok not anything to write home about. Lettuce was yellow so you know the lettuce was old. For the price they charge this was my first and last trip to this Restuarant. Glad I had a gift card.

Most to-go orders are missing an item, or the sizes are wrong. My last order they didn't include a whole salad, and gave me a cup of soup instead of a bowl. Previously I had spoken to the manager, and they told me they'd credit my account. No such credit ever arrived. Avoid this location.Edit: I reached out to Panera on twitter and was told I'd be contact within 2-3 business days. It's 5 days later and no contact.

I used to come here a lot and I'd order the Chipotle chicken avocado melt but not after finding the avocado BLACK in my sandwich. How is this okay?

Door dasher stole our food! We placed an order for $51. Order never delivered after 5-6 driver changes. Store was closed so we couldn’t get our food. Called and talked to Danielle, store manager, the next day and she went above and beyond. Our food had been picked up just never delivered. She contacted Door Dash to ensure our refund was processed and then called us back. We will definitely order from them again and do pick up!

Called to speak with the manager after waiting over 20 minutes for my food. Danielle gave excuses and a sarcastic apology. After I simply stated seeing how she handles (feedback) I will not return Danielle falsly accused me of laughing at her and yelling. I tried to say not laughing or yelling just providing feedback but I was cut off and while being hung up on heard "b****". Will never return!

The frontega chicken was better the first time this last time it was just eh

Very disappointed! Half full bowl of soup and cold sandwich! One of the Fresca tasted like mold. Will not be back again!
