Different and amazing! That crunch! By not cooking the toppings it makes pizza less greasy! The cheese is freshly grated, the sauce is perfectly seasoned to bring out the tomato flavor, not some over seasoned or sugar sweet sauce.
The pizza is unique and delicious! The pizza was brought up from Steubenville and brought to Medina! It is perfectly cooked to get that crunch from the crust! Fresh toppings and fantastic heated up the next day!
My kids and I LOVE OVP and drive almost an hour there and back just to get some. Yesterday my daughter chose driving to get her cold cheese pizza over going to the park. She was a happy girl!

The concept is toppings and cheese are not cooked and are put on after the pizza is baked. I personally was not a fan but it seems like people who like it really love it. Just not for me.
