This place was clean... I thought... oh my... this is not a McDonald's... my coworkers was in shock also... no ice machine back up ..no napkins everywhere... I think this is the best McDonald's I've ever been in ... I ordered a hot filet of fish meal... best ever... fish was hot .. just the right amount of tartar sauce... yummy... stop in and check them of manager at noon was very nice and fast on her feet.. she took our orders and started wiping tables... like I said it's very clean... great job noon manager and team... keep up the good work..
This morning I placed a large order for the employees for our company. Management and staff were super friendly! And food was hot and ready when I got there to pick up. Thank you!
If I could make this negative I would. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese & 2 drinks. I get home and had 4 filet of fish, 1 small fry & 1 large fry. no straws or napkins in the bag. The cups were marked wrong the one with the pressed in button was Coke the other one was Dr. Pepper. I asked the person that brought the food to the car if there were straws in the bag and they said Yes. I also asked which drink was which and they said the opposite of what they were. I called the store immediately after I got home. I spoke with Eli who said next time you sto pin they will promo your order. This is not the 1st time I have had poor service here and they never do anything about it ever. Last time our quarter pounders were raw inside. I am a former McDonalds manager and can tell you this is unacceptable.
Usually a good experience here. It's better when they are busier. Fries are more fresh and hot. They could be better about not forgetting items though.
This Mcdonalds is ridiculous we have waited 11 minutes to get a folded egg. By this point I think they are skipping us. Teach your workers how to actually work.Thank you
Always please with the service and food. I'm just very thankful, places like this are open, when it's so difficult to find help. Unlike everyone else that leaves bad reviews, they have no idea what it's like to go out and run a business and find good help in these times.
The milkshake machine is always down lol thats at every mcds but this location is def one of my top locations they make the food an prepare it well i ismt a sideways mess
So if I could leave no stars I would. I'm a door dasher and I have to pick up orders fm this location and for us time is money doordash gives us 2.25$ for delivery fee and we rely on orders to go quick so we can do as many in a HR as possible but when we come to this mcds u have to wait sometimes 40 mins and alot of orders we get fm mcds the tips ain't good maybe 1.50$ 2.00$ so by the time we. Get that order to our customer we've made 350 400 a HR. Because of them it's been said they hate us door dashers cause of extra work but that's ur job. And they make 1750$ a HR well more. Than we make so just do ur jobs
Morning crew is very friendly and move the line pretty fast. Egg McMuffin is always burnt!!! Night shift is ridiculously slow. One order at a time so there’s a long line with a good chance you will get a hot sandwich with cold/old fries!
Worst McDonald's in the area! Most of the time when you go through the drive-thru you have to pull up to a spot. My order took 19 minutes to complete this morning. Not even an apology when they brought my order out to me. Everytime I try to order an ice cream cone or a milkshake for my kids something is always broke.
