The crew are stellar and the management is unparalleled. We are beyond grateful for Erica, Sue, Rose, Cody, John, Mr. Payne and so many others that continue to change the world… one employee and one customer at a time.
Staff is normally very rude when it comes to the ice coffees. Ive gotten into several spats with employees and had to speak with managers.. managers are friendly. They literally asked me if I wanted the drink or not thru the drive the and some other things. Then I still shake up the sloppy made coffee.. if you put some liquid then syrup then most of the liquid it would work better for you guys.
I had to wait almost 30mins for a cup of coffee that I had to doctor up. Just because your crew had and was waiting on. Food orders that was after a coffee order. Just because your in a rush doesn't mean I wasn't already there for my order. Just because I didn't speak up doesn't mean I wasn't there. Do better or train your crew better unexable.
Ordered Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Obtained Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Sandwhich was DRENCHED in sauce, so much so that they somehow managed to make the top of the bun covered in sauce too. I should clarify that it looked like this when I first got it, in the parking lot, as I intended to eat it on my drive back to the office, but I couldn't for obvious reasons.
Fast and quick! Order correct and delicious! Unfortunately the drive-thru attendant was not pleasant! When we ordered after each item, she said very fast, is that all?, continually. We did want one more item but gave up! Maybe she was nervous because it was busy! She needs to slow down!
The fish fillets were good But the fries We're not hot Seeing that the line was long
Everything was great.. and hot. Except I paid for extra dipping sauces and they did not put all what I paid for
Always super fast and friendly. Great staff. Even the guy who always tells you to have a great day even though he's going to see you in 30 seconds at the window haha.
I doordash and this is by far the absolute worst business that I have EVER had to get food from! The deliveries are wrong the majority of the time. When you go in to get your order the ENTIRE staff completely ignores you, continually walking past you without saying a word or asking what you need. When the door dash order FINALLY does come up they place it on the counter, order name and number facing away from you, then just walk away! If you doordash stay away from here, if you order through doordash try a different location. I DEPEND on these deliveries to pay rent and live you are effecting my way of living and that is unacceptable!!!
Best sugar free French Vanilla with an extra shot of expresso... Favorite!1/2 cut sweet tea and unsweetened yes please! 1/2 coke 1/2 diet.... Cut those calories! If you really want a great milkshake... Neapolitan. Strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate... Delicious!
