Have ordered from this location many times and usually never have a problem. However recently last few times there have been problems. An order of cheesy bread was raw. Called manager and received a refund. Will be taking a break from this restaurant for awhile.
So not happy. Ordered online. Order didn’t log the pepperoni and bacon so only got cheese. Reordered, waited and they made me pay for 2 pizzas! Will be a long, long time before I order from here again.
Ordered a pizza from this location. Green peppers and onions were literally cold and crisp, as if they were thrown on after it came out of the oven. Called back, informed them of this, was told I would receive contact. No response even after leaving feedback on tellmarcos.com. Won't order from them again.
Marco's pizza, especially the one in Medina, is always amazing. The people seem to really care. Other pizza shops seem to slap together the food haphazardly not giving one ounce of care about the customer. Not Medina Marco's. The food is always on time, the people care, and the food is prepared as if their own family is going to be eating it. I'm a dedicated Marco's pizza fan.

Went down hill. My favorite pizza now became my not so favorite anymore:( Not sure if new staff but last order thry made my pizza with cinnamon dough which kis allergic too, nice manager refunded me . This order ask for specials and noone told us ended up getting a smaller pizza for size we pay for large. They not as clean as they used to be. They need to train these young kids better and remember covid still around maybe wear gloves again. Manager so sweet too.I hope he gets a handle on this.
Good food, app and the website won't work to place an order. So I gave missed out on coupons, by having to call the store to place an order.
Normally they are in point at this location. Just called at 6:39pm was told no more delivery tonight. Wow, I order just about every week. Never happened before. But anyhow, not a very good look Marcos.
I haven't ordered anything from Marco's in years but it's always been good in the past, I placed an order tonight for a medium deluxe pizza and this was the absolute best pizza I've ever had in Medina Ohio period! Great job guys and the delivery was a breeze with a super friendly driver. Great job and thank you!
