Can't really comment on the food.The day we went, we were informed when we were about to order (not before we were seated and had decided on what delicious food we wanted) that the food would take at least 40 minutes, as there was only one chef.I understand this, but let me know when I arrive, not after I was already there 10 minutes or so and had been served our water. We opted not to stay, as we were really hungry. It was after 2 in the afternoon, and not many customers in the restaurant. ?
I LOVE their food and staff is great!! How ever I gave the low star because prices went up and serving since went down. Its ridiculous low amount you get for the money. I understand inflation but come on now. The app platter I got 3 rueben rolls 3 chicken tenders and half a hand full of fries for 14$ then i went again hoping it was a mistake and ordered a chicken salad and literally got a piece of chicken with some lettuce for over 10$
I will never go back to this place again! We had an extremely rude waitress, she got my drink order wrong and I told her it was the wrong drink, so she had another waitress come over and give me the same drink and I said that was not the correct drink and she insisted that I took it. So yet another waitress came over who was very unfriendly and my friend told her that this drink was wrong so they did give me the correct drink and at first they told me I could keep the wrong drink and then they came back and took the wrong drink back. I know that doesn’t make sense it’s hard to explain. Ordered food and my lettuce was all wilted and my salad was almost all cucumbers and tomatoes. The lettuce must’ve been iceberg and it was awful. I had ordered a steak which was cold and under cooked and at that point I didn’t say anything and I just boxed it and took it home. I must say it ended up in the trash! I will say the few onion rings they gave me were delicious!The manager never came over to try to make it right or to take some money off of our bill. Then the three waitresses were Standing around and shooting us dirty looks. Again I would never ever step foot in the establishment again. I cannot believe it has as high of ratings as it does.
If I could give a zero star I would. I have been coming here for years and regularly stop in once a week for a meal.Tonight we came in to have a nice dinner, and sat down and it was around 8pm, not many customers around. We sat down and started looking at the drink menu that was already on the table and waited for a server. And waited for about 15 mins and no one came by. We attempted to flag down a bartender and for no one. We figured maybe no one was working in the section so no big deal we went and sat in a different location by more people.We sat in a booth behind a couple that was being served and were hopeful for service. The waitress still did not come by. I understand that there are a lack of servers in the industry right now so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. There were about 3 seated tables in this section that ALL had food and still no one came by after another 15mins. Waiting 30 mins for service is UNACCEPTABLE and so sad we had to leave to go find somewhere else to eat. Do better Johnny js you just lost a faithful customer.
This is a picture of our chicken sandwich to go tonight. It was supposed to be minus tomato and pickle, add bacon. Not only was there no bacon, but this is the “chicken” and “lettuce”after a 15-20 minute wait. On a bill that was 100+ dollars on a night that was not busy. We have tried and tried again to go and enjoy this place but it has gotten more and more ridiculous every time. We never see a manager anywhere when we visit. Being a former restaurant manager for 10+ years, the staff clearly runs this place how they want and has no accountability. We will not be returning to throw away any more money here.
Honestly this place has gone way down hill since I started coming within the last two years. Most of the servers are terrible....not all. They don't care about customer service, they are all hanging around the bar usually not paying attention and drinking and dancing. We have yet to even know who a manager is We have given this place MANY chances bc it has been good at times. The food was better the service was the bad part. It's beginning to be both now. Get it together. This is the breaded chicken sandwich I got. Would you eat it!? NO

The brussel sprouts were so delicious, I would go there again just for those. Mac&Cheese was nice&creamy, I added the crispies from the boom boom shrimp. Shrimp sauce was so good&the crunch of the shrimp was perfect. Waitress was very robotic though&that was off putting, but the food was great, so it was worth it to me. Also want to add that I ordered a Sangria&that's why the bill was over $20, but they forgot the fruit that was supposed to come in it.

Staff member Nate is awesome! Very attentive, energetic and kind. He was great at making recommendations and came to check on us at the perfect times even with how busy it was. We appreciate you and your hard work Nate! Best server ever!!! Drinks were delicious as well!
