Love love love this place. We were in town for a wedding and had a craving for some wings found this place on Google and came I because it had great reviews ? Adding another great review. The wings were excellent, I you haven't tried them you must go now! Great flavor options, perfectly crispy. We ordered both bone in and boneless. We love diet coke most places around only serve diet pepsi. We for sure took advantage of this! The waitress was amazing, she was very busy that day but still did a great job and kept our refills coming/checking in often. She even gave us to go drinks, and nice thank you note on our receipt. If we ever come back into town we will stop here. Thank you Jo Jo's you provided us an excellent memory ?
Worst service ever! Been here many many times in the pastThis is taking into consideration current staffing issues these days. We waited 40 minutes before table was cleaned, waited another 10 minutes to get drink ordered and then 5 minutes for tea and additional 10 for my beer. And then at that time we got menu. Inside was empty, 3 servers and bartender outside. We got our food about an hour and 20 minutes after sitting. A couple that got here the same time was done and left before we put in our order.
Went out with my SO to try a new restaurant and decided on Jo Jo’s first. This was Saturday, 3/12/22. When we entered, the sign said, “please wait to be seated.” We waited. For ten minutes, and yet no one spoke to us.When I approached a woman behind the bar asking if we should seat ourself, she replied, “yeah, I’ll be with you in a second” and continued her conversation with her coworker, while not even looking in my direction.We happily left after this, and will never return simply for the terrible management and customer service.
The hostess at this restaurant was so rude. She let us sit there for over and hour without checking in with us and when tables were ready to go, they still kept us waiting for another 30min. She also had an attitude when finally seating us for no reason at all, slamming silverware on the table. There were over a dozen customers that came in while we were waiting that left because the staff refused to come to the front of the house. Our server was nice but things were still pretty slow. The food was very good once we got it. I don't think we'll be back though. If you're considering this place, I would try somewhere else. Also, the hours are listed incorrectly, this place actually closes at 11, not 1.
I notice I rated this place three years ago 4 stars, I use to like this place, but the service isn't what it use to be. On JoJo side, there were so many flies we couldn't eat and not one waitress cared, we paid without eating even a quarter of our meal "no tip this time." Dominic's side service is slow now. Covid has changed everything, especially the care of people, no one cares.
We sat in the back with a table of 9. Our server qas outstanding. I only wish I had caught her name. She deserves a raise!
Had a real good burger. Amazing that a as in one beer was $7.00. Am i living the past?
Twice baked bone in barbeque wings with a side of extra hot and a small pizza. EXCELLENT always good never hit or miss.
Amazing food, great service and fun atmosphere! My family has been a customer of Jojos for ten plus years and we are never disappointed. This is a family favorite and I always leave satisfied. I love that they sell their marinara sauce! Great job Jojos!
