Good quality ice cream, good selection, and even though there's often a line, it moves pretty quickly. Sometimes inconsistent in what you get for your purchased size.. for example a "small" might get you +/- 50% on any given day depending on how "sticky" the serving scoops are (based on watching the workers struggle). I also wish they would change more of their benches to tables, a lot of people resort to eating in their vehicles even if it's a nice day out.
3 stars for poor service. There were 5 employees inside. They had taken care of a few people in front of us. Now we just stand and wait & wait some more, than wait some more. Then someone came to the window. First thing they need to teach the employees is to acknowledge the customer .
All I can say is. It makes my 100 mile trip to the nursing home more enjoyable. They have the best waffle cones I have ever tasted and the ice cream is the best.
Always busy, but always great for a small date night or a nice tasty treat for the kids.
Who doesn't love Handel's?! Great Ice Cream shop with lots of choices.My daughter applied here for her first job because we love it so much, but has not heard back. I'd say with the line to the street and sometimes wrapped around the curb, they'd be looking for more help.Stop by for some delicious ice cream.

I guess all you can say is that the lines are so long because it is so darn good.
Everything was perfect.I especially enjoyed the blue benches. The logo caught my eye. Everything about this place was perfect. And we're talking pretty spring era!The selection is unheard of. And the flavors are extremely tasty. They are what they are. I enjoyed my pre spring ice cream delight. I have no idea what else to say
