I have ordered Guys for a number of years it was the only pizza we ordered. The crust was amazing, worth coming off of Keto for the night. I quit eating pizza years ago because we couldn't find one here we liked, then we foundGuys, it was amazing. The crust was like wonderful chewy bread, sauce was a little sweet but fantastic, lots of cheese and the meat just delicious. Since probably late 2020 it really started going downhill the edge pieces had virtually nothing on them so we doctored it up and said maybe we're done here, then decided it must be a fluke. tried again, got the same thing. Today we had a yen for a fantastic pizza, surely it couldn't happen again. This was totally unacceptable, the crust was tough as doornails, there was virtually no cheese we picked off the toppings piece by piece only to find NO cheese on most of this pizza. the sausage was average , it use to be amazing and the sauce was completely different. I was glad we were not serving company or our kids, as I would have been very embarrassed. the dogs got a lot of this. So the Quality is completely gone, it was not a fluke and we are done here. Terrible, Terrible don't waste your $38.00 .
I've eaten from there many of times and the only thing I get is the guyzone calzone thing because everything else just isn't worth getting. So this time I ask them to take something off of it but they didn't which wasn't a big deal. But when I get it it's literally a hot mess every where and falling apart. The crust and breading was soaked in grease. Definitely gonna think twice about what I get from now on because it's not a short drive from my house.
Great local place. Always good service and great food. Have been here multiple times and will definitely continue going here.
Outstanding food and great customer service. Guys pizza is always putting the customer first and making sure that every order is the best quality. If your ever in the mood for unique taste and delicious ingredients, guys pizza will have you covered.
Terrible, terrible pizza. Don't waste your money. Since about spring of 2021, their quality has really gone in the toilet. Extra cheese on their largest pizza is barely cheese. Ordered extra red sauce per my receipt. Zero red sauce! Not the first time they've messed up. What little cheese there was on the pizza was burned. I've been trying to give them chances every few months. Each time it's terrible. Grocery store pizza, heck any pizza, is better than this garbage. Never again.
Food is usually on point, but lately it's been questionable with the wings. Wing prices went up (obvious reasons) but the size went down. So it's a double whammy if you want to get some wings. I know it's the supplier and not the restaurants fault.The food is our Friday night go to and will remain so. Pizza is delicious and is always hot and fresh when we pick it up. Staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.
Monday Night I used Door Dash & a competitor across town that will remain nameless for their sake. I paid $2 less, tipped the driver more and got 4x the meal w/a Guyzone & a basket of fries, I don't know if I'll ever order a pizza again from Guys. It's a guy zone all the way & a no Doordarsh zone
Love Guys Pizza! Only ever had the original sauce which has a great flavor. Out of all the pizza shops near Medina and Wooster, Guys is my favorite!

Ok so first time ordering from Guys. Was looking for a deep dish pizza and you guys knocked it out of the park. Very filling heavy on the toppings which was so delicious. You are my new deep dish fav.
