I had ordered a pizza and it was burnt and called and was told that I would be receiving a refund in the mail. Several weeks went past and never received anything. I then placed a 2nd call and spoke with another manager,who stated he would call me back later that day. Did I receive that call No.I just got off the phone with another manager and she told me that the store owner made the pizza and was not going to refund my money. I think it is really bad customer service and lack of communication.
Just ordered on door dash and it was excellent. I forgot how good this place was!
Decent food. Sign says johnny malloys but they appeared to be partnered together in 1 building. Staff was great.

Just received order fries are cold and limp.The shrimp is cold and was put on limp lettuce.T hey sent food out that looked like it came out of a dump. Don't order preogis they were hard doughie cold and no butter. This should never came out like this.
5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. The food is AMAZING and the Staff is WONDERFUL. BEST BURGERS IN MY OPINION !!!!

I’ve been having really good experiences with Geppetto’s delivery lately. I really like most of their food (particularly the thin crust pizza and dry-rub wings!) And they’re super fast, usually earlier than the predicted time. No complaints at all :)
