This place has quickly become my favorite spot for tacos in all of Medina. Forget Don Tequilas, Fiesta Jalapeños, etc. If you haven’t tried Emi’s, you’re missing out! Excellent food, great service, 10 out of 10.
We love to pick up from Emi's! My son really likes their rice and beans (which he can be picky) and I love how fast they prepare everything! Plus I never have to get out of my car!
I highly recommend giving this place a try, the street tacos it's what I get all the time, since moving from TX I've looked for a place with good , more authentic tacos, and this did not disappoint, is my go-to now !

Don't blink or you'll miss some seriously good Mexican in Medina south of the square. Drive thru or walk up ordering. Street tacos were good, all pastor taco was excellent. Taquitos were crispy and clearly hand rolled and lightly fried. Get it to go or eat at the two picnic tables outside.
Emi's is one of our favorites, but last night they truly went above and beyond. After yet another day of summer craziness, we needed dinner. I knew we were pushing it, but the family vote was Emi's and we arrived in their drive thru lane at 8:58 PM. Closing time is 9 PM. I would have had no problem whatsoever if they had said "Sorry, we're closing." Instead, they took our order with enthusiasm, even being patient with the dreaded "what does a 5-year old want to eat" decision! As usual, our food was amazing and delicious. We had the Al Carbon street taco, the enchilada combo, the Farmer burrito, a chicken taco salad, and a chicken burrito, which the little one declared "the best dinner EVER!!". Added an order of chips and guac and we were happy and full. Thanks so much to the kind and gracious staff at Emi's for making us yet another wonderful dinner last night!
I've only had drive-thru service. Very good customer service, and the food has been great every time. You have to wait a bit for it once you order because its genuinely fresh made to order. This is not Taco Bell! No garnishing in packaging, but that's not important to me. Just really fresh, hot food. Give them a try! By the way, they have 2 drive-thru entrances. One on each side of the building.
Today was the first time stopping by and it did not disappoint. I used to travel to Tijuana frequently for work before the pandemic, and now travel is not allowed. The street tacos at Emi's are just like some of tacos I ate in TJ. I had two El Pastor and one chicken. I hope they will offer lengua some day since that was my absolute favorite meat to have in a taco. Thank you for a great experience, I will be back.
Delicious, authentic Mexican food for very reasonable prices. The fact that you can order at the drive thru is fun and convenient as well, just don't expect the speed of a fast food drive thru. I ordered a couple types of tacos and a burrito. I wish I'd put salsa on the tacos as a couple of them were a little lacking in flavor, but still absolutely worth trying. The burrito was solid, and I'm excited to try everything else in the future. I will be back!
We ordered food for carry out tonight. After waiting nearly a half hour, they informed me that they had already given the food that I had already paid for to someone else by mistake. He asked if I wanted anything, I said my food. He repeated that it had already been given away. I will never patronize this business again. Horrible customer service.
